  This is the absolute worst experience I have had at any bank. The several times I've been to this particular branch. I've had to wait more than 15 minutes in line. The 1st time it took so long at drive thru, I got out of line and went inside. Big mistake, that was another 10 minutes. They had one person working drive thru and the same person working the inside. Poor customer service. I write this review as I sit in line at the drive thru as I'm writing this review. This will be my last time here. This branch is right near my home, but I'll take my business to another branch from now on.

  if i could give this branch a no star review, i would. i’m disgusted at the way they treat their customers. i waited for 10+ minutes just to get my id and card back in the drive thru line after depositing cash and when Gwen came back she had an extremely nasty attitude and walked away in the middle of me speaking. then the “manager” proceeds to come to the window with an even nastier attitude. i’m appalled at bank of america and REGRET banking with this company. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY AND SANITY, DON’T BANK HERE.

  Worst branch, spent over two hours trying to get an insurance check deposited. Called my insurance company and they informed me that there should be no reason as to why they can’t deposit the check as they write 100’s if these types of checks and never had a bank decline to deposit it. Finally after the wasted time I took my business to another branch off Battleground and had my check deposited in less than 5 minutes. Please do your self a favor and skip this branch and just go to another one. You’ll be wasting your time.

  Super slow service. On a Friday (payday) they only have 1 teller and it's like that all the time. Why would you only have 1 teller on a busy day like Friday. They need to hire more people customer service is piss poor I hate coming to this BOA it's the closest 1 to me though the next one is way across town.

  Customer service and tellers have been cut in a push to have customers use the ATM. If you have to go inside be prepared to wait 15-20 minutes to make a deposit or withdraw money!

  I withdraw the money and deposit to somebody acct, the Manager decide to reverse my withdraw and make a transfer to that person, the money that Manager reverse never credit it to my acct. I am tired to calling them but this is huge amount

  Always had a great experience here, no matter the reason I went to this branch. The staff has always been very polite and helpful.

  It was very quick and the hair cut we got at great clips looked great on my grandson

  Drive through is the slowest ever. It's been 15 minutes, 3 cars are still in front of me.
