Dustin Brande1I have been having problems with this branch since my branch closed for the merger. For moths employee morale has been awful, customer service and any bit of personality has vanished. Today at 12:30 I went to the branch to make a deposit and the doors were locked, no note or notice of any kind on the door. The drive-thru where the wait time is typically around 45 minutes was also closed, no note, no notice. The weather is clear and there is no known holiday. 6 cars are in the employee parking area so I assume people are inside of the branch, they just aren’t helping clients at this time I guess. So much for dependability. What a joke!

Robyn Manning1Waited 25 minutes to deposit a check in the drive-thru. 6 people were waiting for service inside. Teller came on monitor and said she’d be with us shortly and closed monitor. She gave no time for us to respond. Horrible customer service. They need more staff who are competent.

Jaqueline bueno1I had a very hard time with the teller Michelle, I felt discriminated with the service she provided and they way she treated my mother and I. My old BB&T branch which i've been with for more than 20 years treated me and my family so well until the merge, now this place has horrible customer serive and no hospitality what so ever. I would give this place 0 stars after todays encounter.

David Labiak1This was a good BB&T branch when it was located at 3150 N. Elm Street. Now with the merger and new location, it is a complete disaster. Service is terrible. Extremely and painfully slow and if you are a former BB&T customer, you'll find that, once you get to the front, certain lines are not equipped to help you and you have to move to the other line and start all over again. A simple commercial deposit can literally take 30 minutes.

Julie Doomes1Had the most horrible customer service. I literally went to deposit and get change for my employer. They first had me wait 20 minutes in the drive thru just to tell me I would have to go inside to collect change. Went inside stood in line another 30 minutes, just to have the teller asked me was I and bbt or suntrust customer , Suntrust I said and she asked me to step aside she can only handle bbt transactions. I stood there for almost an hour and when the gentleman walked over, he was the same young man I saw doing absolutely nothing to help get the line down. There were several people walking around doing nothing. I wish my employer switches banks.

William Crowder1I’ve not been to all Suntrust/BB&T/Truist banks, but I absolutely can not imagine any of them being worse than this one. The wait time is absolutely horrendous. I’m only the 4th car back and the wait has been 40 minutes thus far. Absolutely ridiculous. Get some help or shut the place down. Will not come back. May even switch banks.

Adam McCoy1They are short staffed but it is their complete lack of trying to offer any measure of good customer service. Their CS structure and approach seem to have not been altered since the staffing crisis. It’s disrespectful.

Bill H.1Used to be fine before the merger. Be prepared to wait a long time to accomplish the simplest of transactions.

Steve Wagner1This branch is absolutely terrible and both SunTrust and BB&T have handled this merger terribly. Nobody ever answers the phone here and when you arrive, nobody ever wants to help you and they act like you're bothering them. I'll be moving my small business accounts elsewhere.

Tina Gray1The employees are okay but the service is down right horrible! As if they needed to take out the 3rd drive thru line to make them even slower. I understand some customers transactions make take a little more time than other but dang really. I've waited in line for over 30 minutes before and that's ridiculous
