  My agent recommended Jimmy and his team. In the beginning I was a little apprehensive, but I always prefer to work with other veterans. Once I spoke to Jimmy and we reviewed my goals with the home purchase I felt safe that he was not just out to make a buck at my expense, secure in that he was confident in his ability to navigate the VA loan process with my best interest in mind and that he was genuinely interested in helping a fellow veteran. His estimates were fair and actuals came in costing me less than expected! His follow up was timely and professional! I will recommend Jimmy and his team to any veteran, no loan is too small or too big for him to handle (Yes, there are VA jumbo loans)! Go talk to Jimmy - save yourself some time, money and headache!

  The process of getting the loan was very fast, informative, efficient and.up to date. Even if we were pressed for time, Jimmy’s team was able to handle it in a timely manner. We are very impressed by how the teeam worked with us being first time buyers, we were always informed every step of the way. He even called the day before our signing and made sure everything is good in our end. Thank you for the wonderful experience with your team! Great job!

  Jimmy and team were simply outstanding. I dreaded going through this process and was worried I would be considered just another number, but this was not the case. I used my VA loan benefit to purchase my home and was looking for someone who was knowledgeable about VA mortgages to help guide me through the process. After much research I chose Jimmy and his team and was not disappointed. Jimmy and team were kind, honest, responsive, and kept me aware of the process from beginning to end.   My wife and I just purchased our first house. We were referred to jimmy V and crew through a family friend. Jimmy, Michael, and Ron (in no particular order) represent the epitome of professional. The home buying process is... well, just that, a process. As a Marine Corps myself, the “ice” was broken easily and we were able to get right down to business. Furthermore, the level of transparency this team operates with sets the bar high. Right up front we got to meet the team, discuss our concerns, and establish the expectations on both sides of the table. I apologize but I have forgotten the names of a couple other guys that we met that first day, and while I may not know what exactly they did, their diligence was felt as we “cruised” into home plate. I don’t know if I could have picked a better crew to work with. Their patience is unparalleled, especially when I over-thought things and sent messages well after the close of business hour, and to get a response within a few minutes... I am/was impressed. For anyone reading this, if you are looking for: * Honest * Transparent * Capable of translating the jargon * Willing to go above and beyond I would highly recommend Jimmy V. and crew

  Jimmy and his team were great! This is the second time we used him. We just completed a refi and every step of the way was explained to us and there were no surprises. Jimmy is very knowledgeable about VA loans and helped us with the details of the application! Highly recommend!!!!

  We are very impressed with the service we received from Goldwater Bank. They were professional, kept in great contact with us, and made the process as easy as possible. They even Fed-Xd title documents to me at my friends' house in upstate NY while I was there, as well as sending a notary, so I wouldn't have to find one.   What else is there to say more than what has already been stated by all the previous reviews. Jimmy and his team were extremely client centric and kept me up to date at all times, ultimately helping me close on my home in record time. Their professionalism and customer-focused approach not only matched, but exceeded my expectations ten fold. They were very upfront with all the figures from very beginning and they delivered everything they promised, which is rare to find now a days with lenders.   Jimmy and his team did an outstanding job of handling my mortgage. Jimmy went out of his way to assure all of my questions were answered timely as well as completely and I had many questions. Any vet looking to have mortgage handled through VA should really look to Jimmy Vercellino for handling. Jimmy cares, is professional on all levels, and get's the job done efficiently.
