  We signed up with 253 Payment pros and it was the best decision we ever made. At first we were skeptical with the extremely low rates but once we signed up we were surprised to see how Karam and Jake helped us make our pizza delivery business more cost effective and literally cut our rates in half!!! We would highly recommend working with them.

  Idaho Payment Processing came to the rescue a couple of years ago. We were working with a company in the Portland area, "Prestige Payments", who really snaked us into a terrible contract. We were told everything under the sun, and it turned out to be a terrible choice. Hidden fees and recapture fees for certain cards were adding up to hundreds of extra dollars per month. Fortunately for us, Jay from IPP came out to assess our situation. He worked some magic and got us out of that bad contract. We've been very pleased with the local service, and the rates are predictable. We also love having quick response local tech service for the machine. Super pleased client here!

  Jay is our awesome rep! Always bringing positive energy and ideas to streamline our motel. He is very responsive and got us much better rates than the previous company. Tech support is also great with minimal hold times and accurate answers. We were previously with Titan Merchant Services, the rep never returned calls after signing up and was challenging getting ahold of tech support.

  Trentwood Storage in Spokane, WA has been using 253 Payment Pros for about 4 years now. Prior to switching, we always had the usual; unpredictable bill/rates, poor service and overall lack of care from our provider Heartland. Jake and Tommy really changed our mindset regarding merchant services companies! They were able to come in and be consultants, not try and pressure us into buying something we didn’t need. They helped us with our new platform for billing customers monthly, so it’s now on autopilot. They also provided a POS software solution that increases our customer contact and overall sales for FREE! All of this happened in addition to them saving us over $300 a month on average. For a small business, that is HUGE! If anyone is on the fence about making a move, DONT BE! They don’t charge any set up costs, there’s no contract, free equipment and amazing support and service! We’ve had our bank and another so called “competitor” to 253 try and look at our rates and they are stunned and unable to come close. I now have a better understanding of what was once a foreign language to me and am able to conduct business confidently knowing my processing partner truly has my back and cares about more than just making money off of me.   Fantastic service and great people. Jay, Andrew and the team worked with us every step of the way. There were some hardware issues at installation but they worked through all the challenges with passion and diligence. As a small business owner/operator I was happy to see that they were as invested in getting the problem solved as I was. By far the most professional and service oriented vendor I have worked with since we opened our restaurant four months ago.

  The Best! I used a couple processing companies before Jay got me with IPP. I contacted him many months later about another company offering a huge savings based on my Statement. BEFORE SIGNING A "30-DAY TRIAL" I called Jay and he went line by line with me, found that what they said on the phone was not going to be on my first statement. Jay went out of his way to help, great customer service overall!

  As the owner of Prints Plus I was getting frustrated with my processing company. Idaho Payment Processing Meridian came in with a quote at just the perfect time for me. I was with Gravity and didn't seem to be getting the answers I needed as to why my rates were so high. Jay give me a quote. It was a big difference. His customer service has been awesome. I will be telling everyone about them.

  Jay and his team are the best! We own the chain of Cancun Mexican Restaurants in Idaho and MANY of our family members in the NW also own restaurants and use 253 Payment Pros! Whenever we need anything all we have to do is send a text or call Jay and it gets handled! They did professional install of our POS systems for no cost and have saved us roughly 42% in processing costs coming from Heartland and our bank before that. The best part is they are truly local, provide free paper and supplies, and even have Spanish speaking customer service agents to assist our staff if they ever need anything. It’s no wonder our entire family trusts these guys for their Payment Processing, POS systems, loans and more! Over 50 Mexican restaurants I know personally use their systems and not once has anyone ever had a bad experience with Jay or his team!   I own All Beauty Boutique here in Boise and have used multiple processing companies and Idaho payment processing has been the best by far. They are helpful and always available by phone. They are local. Have the best rates by about 50%. I highly recommend Idaho payment processing.
