  Let me start by saying this was my first time buying a home and I am so glad I went with Nova home loans. Pollyanna was truly a pleasure to work with and I would recommended her to ALL of my friends and family for their loan needs. She knows how to get the job done and do it well! She was always available to answer any questions via phone, text or email (even after business hours). She always responded in a timely manner and she went above and beyond to get my loan closed in time for the holidays.   I’m a first home. I originally got things going with another lender. We were one week away from closing and literally nothing had been done. I was freaking out as well as my real estate agent. At this point I decided to go with Nova. Let me just say Traci Gratzek came In and saved the day. From the jump she was very supportive. Very responsive. She could tell I was upset and told me not to worry she would get everything taken care of. If I felt over whelmed or like crying she would always pick up the phone to talk me down. I wish I would have been with Nova the entire process. They made everything so easy. I highly recommend them be it or first home or your 20th.

  There is not one negative thing I can say about NOVA Home Loans. Christy was magnificent to work with and always looked out for my best interest.   FIRST TIME HOME BUYER I was recommended to Noah at Nova from a friend and I was so lucky to receive such an amazing recommendation.
