  If you are a vet and are looking to use your VA loan give Jimmy a call. He is very knowledgeable and is able to break it down in a way that I could understand. His team is very friendly and is prompt with replying to any questions you have. I think what sets this team apart from the rest is the time they take to know your name and follow you in the process. It is so nice to call with a question and have a friendly person who knows where you are at and is able to answer your question. Thank you Jimmy and team, the process of buying my house was stress free because of your effort and professionalism.

  Jimmy and his team are the best I have worked with. Jimmy was so aware and knowledgeable about different loan programs, especially VA, and was able to seek out the best loan for me.   Jimmy and his team made our home buying experience the most streamlined and stress free experience possible!! Being a first time home buyer utilizing a VA loan can be overwhelming...so much so, I believe a lot of vets choose not to take advantage of the benefit they've earned. Jimmy has mastered the VA loan process! I asked for a 30-day close, most lenders would say that's not possible with a VA loan. Jimmy didn't wince at that request, he rather prepared me for what would be required of me to make it happen. I remember his analogy, 'At first it is going to be like a heavy metal concert, it's going to feel overwhelming, but if you can get my team what they need the end will be like a classical symphony'. Jimmy couldn't have been more spot on. At first, like all home loan processes, I needed to provide countless documents. By following the step by step instructions provided there was no back and forth. Each gate was met with ease. Jimmy and team would educate me on what the next gate would be and what to expect. Throughout the whole process I felt well informed and empowered. At the end there were no loose ends, no last minute surprises, we were literally just waiting for closing day. Buying a home to raise my family in was a major life goal and milestone for me. Jimmy was an integral part of making it happen.   Jimmy and his team have been AMAZING!!!! They had our loan done and approved in less then 30 days to make sure we met our closing date! He was easy to reach and willing to explain any and everything I had questions on!! Him and his team made what can be an extremely stressful process much easier to deal with!! Anyone using a VA loan should really reach out to him! Dealing with the VA itself can be a stressful thing to do but with these guys in your corner it’s a breeze!!

  I would highly recommend using Jimmy at first choice loan services. The entire process was smooth and I felt well taken care of the entire time.
