  We had an amazing experience with the Benchmark team for our home refinance! From start to finish, the whole process took less than 21 days! (Two other banks quoted us 60 days MINIMUM to process our refinance.) Benchmark quoted us a 30 day or less timeframe and they kept that promise. We were given comparison documents less than 24 hours after providing our personal information and what we were hoping to accomplish with the refinance. The staff was vary transparent and kept us updated along the way. Their customer portal was very easy to use and navigate through when uploading and signing documents, as well as seeing exactly when documents were reviewed and accepted. We called the office several times with questions and they were always cheerful and helpful. We were never put on hold, and they always returned calls quickly. Through the whole process, it felt like we were their only clients because of how much attention they dedicated to us. I was honesty amazed by the level of customer service. Between their “family” like feel, the quality of ethics, and detail of service, Benchmark has been the best company we have ever worked with in the industry. I highly recommend them and will absolutely be using them again next time we purchase or refinance a home.

  My wife and my self found ourselves in a pickle when the state unemployment tried to find us liable for $20,000 in unemployment “insurance”. We were frantic in trying to find the money. Dean and Shanna were very great in working with me on everything. If you are a veteran like myself, this is the place to go. They were great, I cannot explain how great they were to work with. Turns out we appealed the decision against the state, and won. But we are still very happy to have refinanced in such low rates. If I ever need to refinance again for whatever reason, they have found a life long customer.

  Dean and Shanna and their team were incredible all around. First, they had knowledge and expertise with the VA loan that far exceeded that of the several USAA (and other) mortgage lenders that we also consulted. Second, they were quick and efficient in the initial pre-authorization process and then efficient and organized the rest of the way through closing. Lastly, the whole process was well-communicated throughout to us and we never had a question or email or phone call that went unanswered.
