  This store is always very helpful and i have yet to have a negative experience here the employee Shawn always makes me feel very comfortable when I am dealing with them and the store has a very nice feel to it feels more of like a retail store rather than going in and it feeling like a typical pawn shop

  A kind n friendly pawn sop. The kinds of things that I want (mostly psp games) are marked down reasonably and priced "better" then other pawn saps. If you small talk with them, n exchange some jolly wholesome jokes... n get on..."their level," theyll gladly give you some kind of a deal. Pawn 1 loves kinda joking around with their repeating customers. They develop long term caring relationships with them, and give them (their loyal customers) the good deals. And most of the time, they listen to everything you say, and get to know everything about you and ... what "type" of person they think you are. So thats the good stuff. But, some employees can also be quite conceited. But this is only occasionally ...but thats to be expected with all the different people they're dealing with, n items they must fix and kinda test or sanitize n other things that they're doing in the back. They truely show that they care by how they talk to you. I love that pawn sap

  Pawn one of garden city was such a clean store right as I walked in. Adam greeted me as I walked in from being a regular at his old location in Boise. Super friendly and welcoming staff with a great selection to choose from!

  This place is a scam. Never shop here! Do not sell what they are claiming product is. Shaun as well as the manager george were very rude and instead of trying to work with us and come to a solution, told us that even that we were sold the wrong product that we are were not going to be refunded. Not impressed with the fact that another employee told us that they had also marked other products wrong as well. Will never be back.

  What a great experience I had in the store great videogame selection and got a great deal on a tv with a 6 month protection plan ! I will only go to Pawn1 from now on.
