  Absolutely amazing team! Even with being self-employed and navigating a 1031 Exchange, the Benchmark Mortgage team created a smooth and positive experience for us. Their communication is top notch and their knowledge of the industry is unparalleled. What impressed us most was the friendly and positive attitude of every team member at this office. We’ve worked with other mortgage companies that left us feeling interrogated and confused. NOT THIS TEAM! We felt confident and supported through the whole process. Dean and Colby walked us through each step, patiently answering all of our questions.   The Tucker Team at Benchmark Mortgage went above and beyond on my most recent closing with them. I was the realtor for the buyer and they were quite a challenge for the loan team! The Tucker Team just kept on them and patiently prodded them to get their required documentation submitted, even when the buyer requested to change their loan terms days before closing The Tucker Team went to work to get the job done. They were amazing and I don't think another lender would have put up with this buyer or been able to get the job done. Can't thank you enough for keeping this deal together!

  Absolutely the last company that I would recommend for a VA or any mortgage loan. Comments in response to Benchmark's response; If you call helping with my (it was only 4 months) by adding endless credit searches to my credit score, that's a good deed. If you call recommending the laziest, lyingest realtor to be found in the Boise area, that's another one of your good deeds. And, if you call charging closing costs that are over 10 times more than other refinance companies, that could be called being honest with your customers & doing them a good deed. All your "good deeds" are what made me find an honest mortgage company somewhere else. Finally, in your case hopefully "no good goes unpunished".

  We scheduled an appointment with Dean to determine what our first step in pre-qualifying for a home loan should be. He patiently explained our credit, what the market was doing and where it was projected to go, the different types of loans, the way to look at interest rates and more. Dean educated and empowered us to feel confident in moving forward to begin our home search. When we found our dream home Dean and his team were there to orchestrate the process and ensure all was in place during the critical time of offering and signing. He was there at the end when we were given our keys. OneTrust Home Loans is an excellent organization with genuine people in the heart of their work.

  Dean and Team helped me and my wife buy our very first home using the VA Home Loan. As anyone who has bought a home knows, (and what I learned,) is its a bit stressful. However, throughout the entire process, Dean and Cheri made themselves readily available to answer questions, or even just listen to me worry and reassure me that everything was good. And it 100% was. I can honestly say that if we went through anyone other than Benchmark to buy our home we wouldn't have ended up closing. They truly worked a miracle for us (totally my mess up but they were on top of it!) If you're planning on using the VA Home Loan, there's nobody better in the business. My wife and I are fans for life!~
