  I have had the privilege of having two of my loans refinanced by Karen. The first one was a streamline and the second one was to move into a conventional loan. Both loans were very different, but there's one thing that was the same: Karen's excellent customer service! From start to finish, she stayed in touch with me about the process. If information was needed, she was prompt to let me know and clear in defining that information for me. I am a details person, and I like to understand the closing documents. Karen took the time to review that information with me over the phone, line by line, until I felt comfortable with the knowledge. Another wonderful quality about working with Karen is that she doesn't mask the information. If I asked a question she didn't have an answer for, she was transparent in sharing that, and then she was prompt to get the information and call me back with it. Karen got me the best rates possible, and I did shop around to ensure that was the case. Her work is efficient, friendly and accurate. Although it was not required or expected, she came to my closings to provide support for document signings. Karen really does take care of the details from A to Z. If I have another loan to refinance in the future, there's no question: she's the one!

  Karen took our VERY complicated application and helped us navigate the lending waters perfectly. Using a 1031 exchange, we were able to successfully meet deadlines and close on multiple loans. It was not a straight forward deal and our file is complicated. She found a way to get it all done. She is very responsive and works through issues calmly and professionally. We'd definitely recommend her to help with refinances, new purchases, or investment properties.
