  Catalina was amazing!! she has great costumer service and the ability to explain in detail anything you want to know about title loans. She is great at what she does and if anyone needs a title loan Catalina is the one to go to ALWAYS!! She's very recommended.

  Initially Katalina was friendly and understanding. I told her I was shopping around and she lied about other competitors and their fees. (I found this after actually shopping around) I ended up paying off my loan and went to a competitor one day later. When I paid this loan off there was a $6 lien change fee however, because I paid off the loan the next business day she did not mail out my title to the DMV. She still charged me $6 for a lien change that was never processed. She initially said it was a documentation fee which was again another lie.I just wonder who is keeping that money? They called me today to re-open my account. When I tried to ask her about that $6 fee she got super heated and hung up the phone. Their rates are WAY HIGHER than any competitor I went too! Shop around before doing business here. I DO NOT trust these people with my financial needs!

  These people are great. They work with you when you can't make a payment on time, up to two months for me. They've given me a gift card for free interest for the first month, and gave me a lower rate on my $5000 loan in order to give me more money so I'm making the same monthly payment. Really recommend this place. Only takes 10 minutes to get your money.

  This place is very good,Catalina very professional she make sure you have what you need when Your financial situation isn't on your site,I witness she gives the same treatment over the phone,also a plus she is bilingual, so I send friends and people that i know can't talk English, and they felt they can be helped in a professional manner in their language. Definitely recommend Utah title loans Provo.
