  I recently bought a Macbook from this place. I asked a few simple questions and was allowed to play around with the thing before I finally decided to buy it. I've been looking for a Macbook for a long time but couldn't ever find a good deal until I waltzed into this place with my wife. So far the Macbook is working great! Pretty much as if it was brand new. The owner was knowledgeable and polite, which made buying from here so easy. Will definitely come here again!

  They hustle you (take) (steal) your money by saleing broken product that is sold as is, they won't even exchange there faulty merchandise, also the owner is very unprofessional, he comes out of the back of the store starts yelling, tries to intimidate customer's didn't work with me. The owner shouldn't be Swearing at customer's, the owner thinks he's better then everyone else, sorry sir but your not can't believe your yelling at lady's wow anyways. All these comment's that he leaves all I see are excuses. Will never visit that so called pawn shop again. They take advantage of people, I feel very sad for the owner, I'll pray for you. The only positive person there was a girl, maybe 20 years old she was very respectful and nice. Run your tape, First off I didn't disrespect any women employee's, I just said Brey was very respectful and nice. But you say I was disrespectful towards them ? Makes no sense bud. And the point your not getting and why your getting so many 1 star reviews, is Beacuse your disrespectful and you swear, and talk down on people like your better then your customers. And the other point is respect doesn't matter if it is 4 dollars or 4,000 dollars you don't treat people like that Boss. Allot of people say you sale broke things. . . And my wife i don't have a fiancé, and my kid's you jump started my truck. You say it like you should get rewarded for taking 2 minutes out of your day to help a customer. That's the problem, but thank you that's a start down the right path bud. Will keep you in prayers 👍👍

  Thanks, Brey is an excellent employee. As far as your situation, I'm sorry your Batman DVD didn't play. We resurfaced it for you and it was pretty and new. Don't know which woman your talking about, but the way you were talking and treating my two female employees is why I had to come up front and ask you to leave. I do not feel I am better than everyone else, but I do not put up with people coming in throwing insults. I run video and could provide you the link to where you were getting verbal with my female employees. Funny how we help you out when your truck dies and your fiance and kid are waiting in the truck, so we stay after and use out battery jump charger to help you get your truck starred and you still feel the need to act the way you do. But if your wife and kids ever break down again, we will still help them out. Have a nice day!

  Always has fair pricing and excellent service. I've sold and bought several electronics and gaming systems from them. Never had an issue with anything. Clean shop and a comfortable environment.

  ZZZ PAWN SELLS BROKEN STUFF. This was my first time buying from a pawn shop. I bought a wii remote for my kids and the condition of the item was not in great shape and they even gave me a 3 dollar discount because of the condition of one of the items, the nunchuck was chewed on. I figured hey its used and they said they tested it anyway for function. So while I am at the register to pay I am hold the wiimote in my hand and decide to open the battery pack. They had left batteries in it and they had corroded in the controller. To this they said oh just spray it out with this cleaner and you'll be fine. I let the gentleman behind the counter do this and then he gave it back to me. I bring the device home and low and behold it will not sync to my system nor will it turn off unless I take the batteries out. I called the next day as they had already closed for the evening and all I get is all sales are final. I said but it is broken. They said that they test it when it comes in and it was working then. To that I said yeah but when you tested it you left batteries in it and corroded the inside so... All sales are final sir, it says it on your receipt. I told them thanks for nothing and I guess my only recourse was to let everyone know "THAT ZZZ PAWN SELLS BROKEN STUFF". I hung up the phone after they wished me a nice day. I looked at my wife and said well I guess we will never shop there again. To be fair I guess just like they have to test things on the way into their store you need to force them to test their stuff on the way out for you , before you buy.

  My husband went in to sell some things and maybe do a trade. He went to the counter and told the girl what he wanted to do, she was very rude about it and told some guy to come cool at his crap. The came over and looked it he then said he was not interested in it he then looked at another item my husband brought in looked it up on ebay then tells my husband that they are selling the same item on ebay for $35.00 my husband looks at the listing on the computer and the item that the guy was selling was broken and not in working condition. Then my husband told them that he had a set of paddle tires for sale the man then looked them up on ebay and said that they are selling for $135.00 shipped my husband looks at the post on ebay and the tires are shredded and have big chunks taken out of the blades. Needless to say this shop is a joke and the way they get there pricing is ridiculous. They don't compare apples to apples, if you have a good used item they try and compare it to a broken one or something that can not even be used. If you want a fair price for your items put them on ksl or craigslist these people are thief's and liars. I will never go there again.... Also the post under derick shumway is fake he has only reviewed pawn shops how low are these people. Actually look at all the peoples profiles that have given a good review they give good reviews all over the country they are fake reviews... This is my opinion. To the owner that is completely false my husband never put the tires on ksl and the spray gun was not brand new it was broken. Get your facts strait. This company is full of liars and cheats that create fake reviews.

  Your paddles tires your husband has listed locally on ksl for 60.00 and was asking for 100.00. Ksl classifieds ad number 35803182. The spray gun was brand new on ebay and they were 35.00 shipped. Sorry you were upset that we wouldn't take a anything of yours but get the story correct...

  Horrible place. Talk about your stuff is never worth anything,, plus owner calls himself A California gangster. But one thing be known he doesnt like woman and wil fight and let you know he knows it all. Even thinks business so good , wants u to pay to wear T-shirt around with slang gangster message advertising for him because he certainly does not ever have customers to pay for advertising. All and all having himself surrounded by under age girls he thinks he's the Spanish Fork king of pawns. Remember Spanish Fork is a very small town. But beware to him he will make nice profit on what he gives you if he knows your in need. AAA Pawn in the short time I've lived here has more respect and honesty in all family and friends who work there. Need help with someone who's in it to help .Don't go past Provo Center St. On the corner can't miss , tons of happy customers coming and going. And in Owners WORDS" Doesn't want to ruin your day by looking at anything else" Nothing like selling stuff or trash people don"t want. He thinks he's something!!!!!

If you would like I can post your comment about how you guys from North Carolina would kill someone if they didnt like you right down the street, because you were gangsters... But when comments are made like, "I hate coming in here..." After we simply tell you that your camo TV isnt worth the 100.00 you were asking for. I hope you have a wonderful day. Also AAA is great, Brent is a stud! Also, my daughter is not under aged, she is just working with her Dad.

  Great customer service and the owner was the nicest person. I will recommend this place to my family and friends.Fair pricing and you don't feel ripped off. Keep up the good work! You have my business and will continue to for a long time also. :)

  I got a loan on a rugar. I definitely got a fair price. I think people are too easily offended. The owner is the one that helped me. He was very direct and to the point. My father was a Marine so I was accustom to this. I did NOT find him rude. If I had I would have definitely called him out on it. I was late on extending my loan and I figured "well its gone" but to my surprise I got a txt saying we've still got your pawn did you want to let it go? I know they did not have to do that and it may not be a common practice, but because of that simple guesture Ill be back.

  Absolutely LOVE the girls that work here! They are super sweet and answered all of my questions. Not usually a fan of pawn shops but I will definitely stop in here any time I'm in the Spanish Fork area.
