  Everything was good untill we tried to close the account. I paid the money in full for a reason and told the guy we wanted to close the account cause we didn't want to deal with this down the road. They keep emailing me to pay an extra 120 after receiving the email that it was paid in full just to close the account. This company is a scam..

  We had a misunderstanding on how they do billing. Unknowingly, we picked up our furniture before the day it was scheduled to be picked up which caused the first payment to be a week before we had agreed and budgeted for. Any other time this wouldn’t be a huge issue but we explained that we just had had a baby 3 days ago and my husband would be off work unpaid for a week, this would make it impossible for us to make the payment without putting us in a bad situation, we were told “That’s too bad. They can’t change payment dates until first payment was made.” They refused to push the first payment out by 7 days all the while calling my husband by the wrong name, after being corrected 5 times. I spoke with a supervisor who continued to be unhelpful, telling us it was our fault for not answering the phone while we were in the hospital. We decided we would call the company we bought the furniture from and cancel our purchase - when I spoke with the furniture company they were so sympathetic and understanding. They were able to call and get the payment moved out the 7 days we needed to make the payment. Sadly, I had to call and involve the furniture company for them to be able to move my payment, proving to us that Kornerstone doesn’t value their customers AND that they indeed COULD have changed our payment date but just didn’t want to do so for us. We will pay off our loan within in the 90 days and NEVER use them or refer their services to anyone.

  I love this place. I used snap my first two times both for over 1000$ and paid them both off within 2 weeks. I went for a 3rd time to use them but was turned down. With a broken truck and no way to get to work kornerstone came through and helped me out. You guys are a life saver. Thank You.

  So far, so good fair rates for no credit check. Great customer service, they called right after I got done at the store and were extremely nice and professional. Will definitely use again and if someone needs new furniture I will be sure to refer them to this company #noRAC

  DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They charge more the merchandise in interest. Im paying almost $7,000 for a bed that cost 2500. I paid the balance down to 90 and because I missed the 90 day payoff by 4 days I now get to pay them 4300 in interest. They also don't report to the credit agencies so not getting any help there either. Horrible business. Please beware before choosing this company.

  I've never written a review before, most times I'm very pleased with the service I got from a company I just return to them and thank the representative profusely, leaving positive reviews after a call. I leased from Kornerstone Credit for a couch for my apartment, first time I made a major purchase for an apartment. I put down a quarter of the cost of the couch down up front at my leasing office, my roommate was going to give me more money to pay for the couch later, but Kornerstone only had to pay under $600. I hoped to be able to pay off the last third of it within a few months. Life happens though, and had a few delays in putting down the remainder, they were taking 24 out weekly from my account to put towards the balance so hoped that a few weeks later I'd be able to pay a bill that was maybe a bit lower than it was when I started. Turns out if you don't pay the full amount VERY quickly, you're going to get hit with a lease that's over twice as much as the product. I called them up today to find out how much was on the remainder balance only to hear I owed $900 to them. This couch was under $800 when I was leasing and I already paid $200 to the furniture company, and Kornerstone took out $25 a week for just at the tail end of 3 months, so they took out about $400. I look at the lease again, turns out the Lease Services, is what they'd CHARGE you on top of the price of the item you're buying if you don't pay them within 3 months. It doubled how much I'm paying because the $200 I paid the company to try to have Kornerstone charge me less, didn't freaking count! So here I am, paying double the amount they had to pay for my couch! This sounds VERY much like predatory lending.
