Zach J5Hands down the very best Credit Union in Utah! I've been working with CJ for probably close if not a decade! He is an incredible employee there and that is the main reason I bank here, but the leasing department, tellers, etc are all amazing! Quick in and out times.
Response from the ownerThank you for your kind review, Zach. We appreciate your many years of being a member-owner.

Grace1I bought a motorcycle from someone that had a loan through Utah Power Credit Union so naturally they had a lien on the bike and were in possession of the title. I went with the previous owner to pay off the loan and get the title. They told me I’d have to give a name and address so they could mail it to me, okay no problem. I call a week later and they hadn’t sent it, I gave them my information again and they said they’d send it that day. Two weeks after that I call again and they still hadn’t sent it. They claimed they didn’t have my name so they couldn’t send the title. I don’t know what they planned on doing with the title, seemed as though they’d just keep it. At this point I have to go pick it up because I don’t trust them to know how to send a title. Horrible experience and I’m not even an account holder. All I needed was the title to my motorcycle.
Response from the ownerGrace, we apologize for the delay in receiving the necessary information for your motorcycle title. If you have any questions, we are happy to help.

Falysia Eatchel1I personally am not a Member of Utah Power Credit Union, but I purchased a vehicle from someone who had a loan through them. When they cashed the endorsed check from my Credit Union to payoff the auto loan they agreed to have the title. Here we are a month and a half later, and they have no title. And I still cannot register the vehicle. And from my understanding they gave a loan on this vehicle back in 2007. Not only is that really concerning I have called the Title Clerk and left 4 messages now, and she won't return my phone calls.
Response from the ownerWe’re sorry you had difficulty with the registration of your vehicle. After speaking with you and your credit union today it appears that the necessary documents for your registration have been submitted by us. If you have any other questions, please contact us, we’ll be happy to help in any way we can.

Phillip Hymas1Don't bank with UPCU if you need to get money sent somewhere on time. We just had a house closing delayed because (UPCU) couldn't get a wire transfer out on time (even though we warned them earlier in the week that we were making this transaction and we got them the wire transfer info first thing on the day that we needed the wire transfer done). This delay literally cost us thousands of dollars because of changes in foreign exchange rates.
Response from the ownerHi Phillip, The financial safety of our members is of utmost importance to the Credit Union. Due to the nature of the transaction, proper security procedures took place to ensure the protection of funds, while transferring them as quickly as possible. Please call with any questions you have.
