  Terrible. They transfer the servicer of the loan back and forth constantly, and their auto-draft system botches things up once a quarter. When they transfer the loan servicer, which always seems to just be between some subsidiary company they actually own anyhow, it stops previous auto-draft programs, and you have to start again... by sending a voided check and waiting over a month. I feel like I should be billing them for MY time. The best part is, once they take their funds, they typically sit between two of their internal departments just long enough for us to get constant delinquent notices, which we then, as responsible home owners, have to waste even more time calling about to make sure THEY haven't screwed up once again. Avoid at all cost, especially if you value your time!

  Atlanta is a VERY competitive market right now, & with the help of my loan officer Jasmine Letsinger, we were able to cut through the process flawlessly. She was responsive throughout the entire process & made herself available any time you needed her. Did I mention a 2 week close? She is top notch.

  Brandon was our loan officer who was knowledgeable about our loan and developed a plan to cut our interest rate and save us money on our monthly payment. He accomplished all this and cut the length of our loan by 18 months. Great service here!

  USFC Is a great company to work with. I have used them in the past and recently with a refinance, and you couldn't ask for a more dedicated group to work with!   Refinance with a lot of clean up. Worked with Cam Brown and Jasmine Letsinger. If I were to say two very hard workers it would be an understatement. They truly want to see you and your family in a better place. If you have a difficult or complicated situation. Be patient and give them time to work. I know for a fact that they are exploring all option and rearranging them to fit perfectly. Just to give you a quick bit of information. I had over 25 accounts to pay and my appraiser was a total slow jerk. Under valued on my appraisal. Fyi. I'm in a newer home in a great area. Ray Donnavan himself could not have pulled this fix off.   It was a solid experience worth with United Security Financial. My agent, Jonathan Miller, kept his team on point and my process went just as he outlined. I'd recommend them for a refi for sure. Start to finish, I think it took around 20 days to complete the refi process. Very satisfied.

  We had the worst experience using this lender for the purchase of our home. The communication was terrible and they dropped the ball several times, causing our settlement date to get pushed back (which of course presented it's own set of problems). Then, after 4 hours at the settlement table, we nearly lost the house (a short sale) in the 11th hour simply because they didn't release the money to the title company when they were supposed to. Every person dealing with our loan pointed fingers and said it was "someone else's fault." Thankfully, it all went through, but at that point I was too emotionally drained to even celebrate. I will not recommend this company to anyone, and I will not use them again.
