  Sean helped me with both closing and refinancing services. Helped me navigate and advised confusing world of lending. I had to submit loads of documents and letters but in the end got a great deal both time and was able to close in timely fashion. Previously I dealt with big banks and they are just machine following the prompt on their computer. Sean gave us personal attention and even helped with things around the house.i recommended him to few of my friends.

  Sean and his team are amazing. They helped me refinance my 1st and 2nd mortgage into one loan at an amazing rate. Whole process only took a few weeks to complete and saving money with my new lower payment. Thank you again Sean and USN team.

  I am warning people about Sean Basit. He is very unprofessional, took over 5 months and 40 documents. He made tons of mistakes leading into me not being able to refinance. I also came out of my pocket $1000 with the end result months later and horrible communication, he can't refinance me. He wasted my time and money. He would take days to get back to me with a question. Be aware of Sean Basit.

  Mr. Sciarrone is spreading false information and he is upset because he was denied by the lender due to poor credit . We tried very hard for weeks to find him a lender but unfortunately it did not work out. We collected $0.00 in fees, the $1,000 Mr. Sciarrone is referring to was paid by Mr. Sciarrone directly to the third party ( appraiser etc). Mr. Sciarrone we encourage you to be more responsible with your credit in the future and try again.

  Horrible experience. Sean was referred to me by a friend. He was supposed to close on a mortgage for an investment property. Never answered my calls and went missing. He dragged the whole process to the point where I was about to lose my deposit. He showed up at the last minute charging me fees left and right and acted as if he was doing me a favor. He is the worse mortgage broker I've ever dealt with. I would never, ever, recommend him to anyone.
