  As a First Time Homebuyer, buying  new construction was very confusing. Andy gave me all facts as they should be and walked me thru the process honestly. He helped me negotiate with the sellers even when my realtor didn't. I really don't know how I could've even bought this home for my family without Andy's help. I highly recommend Andy at Omni Mortgage to anyone who is looking to buy a home.

  We worked with Andy during a historically busy season, and he was excellent from the get go. He was always available, even on weekends or late hours, and had a ton of knowledge.   Andy and his team are an incredible combination of professionalism, experience and patience. Buying a home can be a very frustrating tedious experience and he made everything feel easy, as soon as we didn’t understand something he was available to explain it to us! He is a master at his craft and was incredibly knowledgeable about every single aspect of the mortgage process including taxes, income, banks and even going so far has to have a conversation with my accountant to make sure we had everything in order. There is no amount of money someone could pay me to use someone other then Andy. This is my second home purchase with him and both times he secured us the BEST rates as well! I’d heard horror stories of how complicated, stressful and downright terrible the home-buying and loan-securing process could be.   Andy was referred to us by our realtor and we couldn’t be happier. Andy explained everything from the beginning and as we moved along. He secured us the lowest rate and when it came time to close he checked again for a lower rate and updated it for us. This was our first time purchasing and there was a lot we didn’t know.   I have had experiences with other mortgage brokers in the past but dealing with Andy at Omni Mortgage actually made this experience enjoyable. He is always there to help and never gets frustrated with ignorant questions. The amount of time and effort he puts in to explain every last detail is truly amazing!!
