  Island federal is my first bank and it will be my last. I will never leave. The Hicksville branch is amazing and they always do a great job. Everyone there is so nice. John is a great guy always asks about my family. I am so pleased with their service.

  Everyone at this branch is so helpful and knowledgeable! This is my first time banking with Island Federal since purchasing my Toyota. Their head teller Katharina was so patient and kind, she took the time to help me set up my online banking for automatic payments!

  I have to say, going to IFCU in Hicksville is probably the smoothest banking experience I’ve had. We’ve never had an issue, and the staff is always so friendly. They’re all great! We always try to see Josephine when we can bc she’s always so helpful! I didn’t get to interact with her today because it was so busy, but as I watched her smiling with everyone, I realized I needed to write this! Thank you for the great work you ALL do!!

  The staff was courteous and kind. I am new to the Long Island area and met the manager at one of events where I saw Island Federal. The manager, Sophia Bravo, welcomed me to the Long Island area and mentioned that she would love to help me with any financial assistance.

  IFCU Hicksville branch is the Best ! Each visit starts w /a smile from reception to always polite and helpful tellers. Many times I could go through drive thru but go inside for a kind welcome and smile. First class banking , would never go anywhere else !

  To whom it cocrens Ms.bravo of the Hicksville branch gave me Excellent service and accommodation. They really help me out and guided me to the right direction. Without her I couldn't accomplish my cooperate procedures. Let it be know I'm an disable military veteran and every month when I come here I'm guided by Nia who handles my administrative responsibilities. Yadira who welcomes me with a great smile and she also helps me with my needs to. There were times when I didn't have a umbrella and yadira gave me one" she befriended me and makes me feel happy, I look forward to the staff giving me life savers and miss bravo runs an excellent crew:) . Suggestions the Hicksville branch should be the training facility for all long Island Federals. It's a bank but you feel like you're in a hotel. Thank you for your time, Sgt Darrell Keith Armstrong

  Top customer services. The Tellers are very helpful with good communication, specially Nia she's very professional. The Hicksville site is way better than the others.
