  Scott and Mary at USA Private Money, LLC are exceptional. The experience and customer service they provided me was amazing. While I was on a 6 hour flight from NY to Seattle, they helped me fund a deal in record time and communicated with title. By the time my flight landed, my deal was funded and closing for my flip was scheduled. USA Private Money, LLC will always by my first stop for hard money loans from now on.   I have known Scott Brown for several years and found him to be very knowledgeable in areas of funding for real estate. He is successful in obtaining funds for some clients who are looking around without success due to their seeking assistance in areas that rarely achieve what an investor is looking for. However Scott Brown does indeed achieve successful results for these clients that he can and does find the right funding source.

  My husband and I were trying to get approved for a home loan for over a year. Scott met with us and said that he felt like he could get us approved. Within a week or so of working on our loan, Scott got us approved! He even helped us with any questions that my husband and I had after our approval. He was great to work with and we would highly recommend him to anyone!!

  I don’t usually leave reviews but USA Private Money is run by a gentleman by the name of Scott and I feel the need to share my experiences with this man’s business. Every interaction feels like you have a friend on the other end of the line. Scott responds immediately, provides great answers and options for challenging situations and if he doesn’t have a quick solution he seems to know someone else who can provide professional assistance in a timely manner. Every interaction has been productive and I have found this company offers some of the most competitive rates on the market. I’m new to the industry as an investor and not once have I felt embarrassed about asking a “dumb” question. Thank you for your honesty, transparency and patience with me Scott. If you’re looking for a great lender I suggest giving this company a shot. I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised. I’ve gone through some local connections for loans before and they take much longer and can’t seem to beat USA Private Money’s rates and terms.
