  We were referred to Steve through our realtor after another lender had told us unequivocally we would be unable to qualify for a conventional home loan. Steve was not only able to get us qualified for a conventional home loan but he did it quickly and at a great interest rate. The first company we had used tried to place us in an FHA loan that would be requiring an extra $205/mo for PMI. Those terms were just not something we were willing to accept while we were putting a 33% ($150,000) down payment on the home that the seller had already accepted the offer for. So needless to say time was of the essence and Steve worked quickly to get us into a loan we were very happy with! His entire team really excelled at not only the work they did behind the scenes but also their communication through every phase. The weekly videos from Asia really helped keep our minds at ease as the process moved along. Also the speed at which they returned emails , calls or text messages are just something not common in this hectic business. We would highly recommend the Gaylord-Hansen team for any of your mortgage needs! My family and I are absolutely thrilled to be moving into our forever home and it would not have been possible without the work Steve and his team did! We are and will remain forever grateful!!

  I just refinanced my house with the Gaylord Hansen Team. Great team to work with. Steven Farrington, was a true professional who really does everything to help you out and make sure you know EXACTLY what you are signing up for. Ryan Davenport was outstanding on all the finalization of the loan etc. Lastly, we used Title Alliance as the title company and Kylie Bailey was great. She made it super easy to sign all the paperwork. All in all great team of professionals!

  Steven Farrington is a true professional. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable, he was very responsive and available. Steven took the time to answer any and all questions we had even on Friday nights and weekends. We never hesitated to contact Steven with any questions we had about the loan process. To top it off, Steven actually helped us close with lower rates and costs than what was originally quoted.
