  I waited behind a young lady as she pawned her Michael Kors smart watch. It was hot and she had on shorts and a braless top, which she had every right to wear. The clerks and the two male customers could not stop gawking at her breasts. After she left they made a round of comments and the the big blonde guy said "He could look at the menu he just couldn't eat." That scenario didn't surprise me. What did surprise me was how the big blonde guy allowed the male customers to physically handle her watch. How do you let customers handle someone else's valuables? Then, the blonde guy rudely interrupted our conversation because he didn't want the salesman to give me 2.00 discount. Really? He's the same guy who caused me to lose my layaway because he typed my phone number in wrong! This location is seedy, sloppy and unprofessional. If you need to pawn something drive one mile to Broadway and McClintock to the Super Pawn in that strip center behind Burger King. I've shopped there for 5 years and always treated with respect. Stay away from this location on Broadway and Dobson.

  Anna and Matthew are wonderful to bad neither one of them are there anymore. As for the manager that took over awhile ago, white dude with tattoos everywhere, his name is Jed or JD or something close to that. Rudest person ever. He should not be in that position, he has no people skills, he picks and chooses who they will be fair to or low ball, he is horrible, he makes the visit horrible with his rude ass. If they could get rid of him business would be great, the manager they had before him was awesome!

  I took my computer there for a loan its an all in one Apple and when I took the loan it had all the original parts. I paid the loan took my computer home, didn't open the box till later because I was very busy and when I opened it the power cord is not the one I had. I had the cord that came with the computer when I purchased it new, a heavy long gray power cord and I got my computer back with a short flimsy white cord. They didn't seem to give a dam when I called about it. I do realize I should have checked before I left the store, that's my bad but they have no right to take that cord, guess they thought I wouldn't notice. I will never do business with them again.

  Well to start I called to confirm they accept firearms.they said they did told them my make and model and was told to come in..I get there and there's 4 staff including 1 manager and 1 customer.none of the staff could help me it was the manager job so I waited but a couple guys come in with gold and the manager goes straight to them.starts helping them at this point I'm in the store for 30 minutes.and mind you they are in possession of my firearm.well one worker tells the manager I need to be helped finally he comes grabs my fire arms checks it out.says he never heard of my brand firearm.and the system was down.so he gets on the next computer and tell me he cannot find my firearm in what ever search engine he was using and I would have to wait for the owner on monday.so about an hour's of my time was wasted and cherry on top the manager made a statement like if I had some type of good credit with them it wouldnt be an issue what ever that means.so in conclusion don't come here waste of time.no gun knowledge. horrible selection of stuff looks all stolen and beat up.plus you might feel like a criminal when you leave

  It's close to home and they usually give me a fair amount on a loan or pawn. Just wish they would call when your ticket is due as I lost 2 rings because I had some other issues going on in my life and forgot when they were due.

  Had nice and efficient staff however they only offered me $35 for a brand new michael kors backpack I got for christmas. Sold older/small bags for 150-200+ at other pawn shops.

  Got a sweet touchscreen Laptop for a sweet deal. Will always come here first before going anywhere else. Why pay top dollar for new stuff? Come check em out they might have it for half the price or less

  The place is nice, and their items are always in good shape. Pretty sure Shawn is the best thing to come since portable plumbing, though. The entire staff is understanding and helpful, definitely worth the stop in.

  If I could give this shop 0 stars I so would I went in with a 10kt chain bead design girl test it while she is doing that the manager walks up to where she is at and they are whispering something they come up and she says it's a fake the manager than says they " supposably" been getting same kind of chains in and that they been fake blah blah blah I said okay and walked out. Plus did I mention I work at a pawn shop been doing this for 5 years and that is the lowest and most used up excuse in this pawn buss es to try not to do business 10 min before closing!!! But that's not the only thing the manager walks out right behind me to take down my license plate number like if I am a criminal is this how Corporate shops treat there customers??? Worst experience ever now I know why USA PAWN has the worst reputations in the valley lol B&B pawn and gold did alot better and actually cared $300 if I was scared of what I was doing or had I would not be posting but I knew I have to do this because these shops can't even do there jobs right!!!
