  Wont let me add my external checking account to set my auto loan on auto pay. Really hoping there customer service actualy calls me back so I dont haft to refinance with my bank.

  This is the WORST BANK I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH!!! customer service is all bad and they are real quick to hit you with an overdraft fee. Go somewhere else cuz this bank isn't good at all!

  We've been members at TruWest for about 6 months. Each experience with them has been fantastic. Mackenzie, Cindy, Lisa and Dyrce have gone above and beyond to help us. Thanks bunches TruWest!

  I switched to TruWest about a year ago and I have not regretted it. They are very helpful and they are able to answer all my questions. I would recommend this credit union to anyone!

  Takes them at least 5 minutes to do a simple withdrawal through the drive thru

  Fast and easy, they helped us right away and there was no hassle whatsoever. Definitely recommend this bank. Lots of perks too!

  The employees here are all super helpful and really nice. They all work to make sure you get all the help you need and then some. Also, this location has the coolest water bottles :p
