  Ok so my husband went here for a title loan without me knowing on are vehicle and did not make his payments from what they told me so they repoed my car when I figured everything out and found out why I payed them over 600 to get my car back on a 600 dollar loan they then told me he still owe 1000 I asked how and they said the 600 was for a tow and repo cost I said ok wat ever when I recovered my vehicle from there tow yard which is A1recovery my fire arm a Had be stolen out of my car and my abs system is damaged due to them pulling my car with the ems brake on also broke my oil pan I called Derrick numerous times instead of him fixing the problem he says take me to court so thats what were about to do just filled my law suit against this company Thursday and A1recovery the funny thing is I have Chris from A1RECOVERY saying I have to secure ur firearm before u are able to pick up ur car so I can't wait for court I'm coming after y'all

  Just pawned a TV and media goggles. Eric helped me. He was very nice and helpfull. Place was clean and nice. Very happy with my experience. Will be back

  Drove over 10 miles to get there because of the good reviews for buying and selling, come to find out I couldn't sell a bracelet. Didn't even give me a reason why. Complete waste of my time.

  If you are looking for a good pawn shop alma school has everything alma school treats you like a family once you walk in the store all the employees know how you are as you walk in alma school and thats what makes with store the best one judith is a hard working person that will go out of here way to make u feel like home or just to get the best price for her client she sure dose deserves an award for her outstanding customer service and managing skills she brings to her store with out her this store wont be the same shes been very kind to anyone that walks into her store you can always catch her with a smile on her face im very thankful that i know judith villegas thanks for all your hard work and dedication to the company if any have any questions call or stop by the store and look for judith

  I had a hard time to find a place who would take a non smart tv but I found it,they took my tv and gaved me a great offer the girl With Blue eyes Ana I think that’s her name was so helpful and very nice Great Pawn Shop 👌🏻

  Eric and nirvana were absolutely amazing gave me a great price in a laptop and were such blessings how much savings I got with putting it in layaway thanks y'all my daughter is gonna love it

  Make sure to let customers know that they have to pay with cash only upon pick up of the pawned item such an inconvenience as i wasted my gas and can't pick it up til Monday now 😑.

  Hi Marisela, sorry you feel that was unfair. We always give cash and ask at time of loan that the pawn be redeemed with cash. This is done so there is money in store for the next customer when they wish to borrow. I hope that everything else met your expectations; customer service, cleanliness, store location.
