  When they first opened it was a good place to get deals, over time they have destroyed my faith in getting any kind of a deal, or any respect out of there employees. Today I went in to see if I could find a affordable tool set and found a husky set that they were charging $10 more than home Depot. I asked if they would negotiate on the price and they told me I should go to home Depot, so I told them ok. That's the last time I will be visiting this location.

  My first time there was a good experience. I was able to pawn a iPhone 7 with no problems. I tried going to pawn a blueray player and the worker Julie Sanchez I believe her name was..she was extremely rude she criticized the fact that the blueray was old. Basically laughed in my face after asking what I wanted for it. I will never go back to this location. I think her problem was the fact that we showed up 30 min before they close. Horrible service.

  This place was amazing, the two young ladies working here were super helpful and gave me more money then i asked for for the product i brought to them! You guys are awesome! Love, the XBOX 1 guy lol

  I don't know what the manager life problem (Julie) is, she always has hickies on her neck, bad for a business look, she never acknowledges her customer, which she should. She looks like she hates her job and it reflects o her store and her employees. I work in the same business and let me tell you, pawn shops are the last people want to be especially when they have to give their stuff. At least say "hi" and thank your customers for their business! I will no longer go in that location. USA pawn has such a turn around they probably had no choice to hire her.
