  2021- Would give 0 stars!! This is the absolute worst customer service ever at a BofA! I would literally drive 20 minutes extra to go the one off Ajo & Mission! Only 1 teller actually working. The "Teller manager" is always walking around on the platform and doesn't help minimize the line, he just sits at his back desk looking at the computer screen. I worked in the banking field and this place has the absolutle worst service for their customers. For the only bank on the south side with a lot of customers they would have so much more loans and customers if they would just put a little more effort. 😒 BofA do something about your staff. I am sure they are replacable with someone who would care about their job. Update******* 2022***** Still Terrible Service. Teller Guadalupe is very kind and she is always alone and the Teller Manager is always running around instead of helping knowing there is a line out the door. I have gone to this branch several times a month and always have the same issue. They need more staff or have the teller manager step up better and assist and not leave poor Guadalupe alone. Losing clients is not good for them. I only go there for business purposes. No more personal. Just sad to see a few years back it was perfect service now with change in management it has gone down the drain. Also all the mobile transitioning yes it helps, but on business accounts you can't do much about it. Funny how Bank of America replies to only positive reviews instead of the negative ones, do something about it. This branch needs some SERIOUS help. Everyone I was in line with was devestated about the service there.

  Lines are extremely long, only one teller working . Too many people inside , we should be able to go in and out as quickly as possible.

  Poor and awful business service by the branch manager and her business executive. They made us wait passed an hour when we only needed to open another business account and order more checks. We will take our business next door to Wells Fargo ASAP.

  This is the WORST Bank you can go to. I come in for a 3:00 appointment and they are taking people before me. I even came in before 3:00 PM to help things flow better. It’s 3:38 PM and I leave after that because nobody helped me. Nobody even told me that it may taker a little longer. I bet you can hire five random college students and have a better operating bank. I am beyond frustrated. The staff needs training because they DO NOT KNOW HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS. DO NOT GO TO THIS BANK! Better luck at at Wells Fargo or Chase Bank. The manager might need training as well with bad service like this. I hope Bank of America corporate sees this and the other bad reviews and does something !!! I rearranged my day, so I can make this 3:00 PM appointment. ALSO, the bank closes at 4:00 PM. My appointment is from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM and nobody has helped me by 3:38 PM.

  I went to his branch to withdraw money I desperately needed on Saturday. After showing them my driver's license and ATM, they said the id did not match and refused to let me my own money. I never had this experience in any other branch of BOA. The teller and staff were so mean, and not welcoming. I closed all my BOA accounts including two credit cards after this terrible incident. I called the customer service of BOA, but did not get any reasonable answer to address this issue. Stopped banking with BOA after 10 years of business with them. Do not go to this branch, they do not welcome you and do make you feel at home.

  Plan to pack a lunch and bring a chair. They have 1 teller working and she must be a sloth at the speed she works. There are 10 or more people in line and it's been over 20min. When I asked one of the 3 employees wondering around why they dont have more tellers they just looked with a blank look as if they were employees of walmart. Sad to see customer service at its best.   I moved from the Bay Area to Tucson and needed a bank after going into a few banks on Valencia Road I ended up over at this Bank of America, I'm glad that I did, the lady that help me setup my bank account was very kind and professional, she made the whole process very easy, I have been back to the bank multiple times to withdraw money and or deposit every time I am greeted at the door with a smile and I am in and out of there quick, the staff is very professional, if you're trying to set up an account or have banking needs I highly recommend this Bank.

  Long line. 40 minutes. 1 teller. Management should have 2 tellers. Lots of older people waiting. Teller was courteous. Ajo/Mission location closed and this lication is way out of the way.

  This has to be the slowest-functioning bank I’ve ever been in. The employees and managers have no sense of urgency when dealing with customers and, to top it off, most of them aren’t very friendly. I spend anywhere from 15-30 minutes standing in line every time I go in. No merchant window and only one teller at all times.
