  Bought a chainsaw guy said i had 24 hr return but insisted on selling me a 6month warranty and i bought it. Tried it out and tool was completely dirty gave it a little clean no problems bought the gas and oils tried it out would not work took it 3 hrs later they couldnt refund my full money(warranty) Completely waste of time plus the extra expenses for the oils that i wont be using anymore.

  Horrible customer service , everyone here has a attitude problem , it’s like if they are miserable working there and it shows by the way they talk to customers , if they have such horrible jobs maybe it’s time to look for a new one and not take it out on customers who are more then respectful to them .

  Really good location, Roberto is really helpful and goes out of the way. Very satisfied with his work and kindness.

  It's a pawn shop. You would think that they would have decent prices on used merchandise. But after fleecing people who are down on their luck, this pawn shop seems to want top dollar on everything in the store. I'd rather just buy new.

  Love shopping at Pawn 1st on Irvington on Tucson, the crew there are great. Josh knows my taste in jewlery and calls me when he has new stuff I might like. They even have cool sweaters so the spirit of Christmas is all around. Plus I save money. Cheryl Gastelum

  I went in to browse expecting that this pawn shop would have nothing to offer, however, I was mistaken. There was a wide variety of jewelry and t.v’s at great values. Will definitely be coming back for my next big entertainment purchase. I was also tremendously impressed on the profesional environment and employees you wouldn’t normally see walking into a pawn shop.
