  This place is a joke. I was 10.00 past due on my credit card bill because I had log in issues. I called customer service, they couldn’t resolve it and there was no way they could process a payment for me. It took a week to figure it out and I’ve never been late for a payment. I contacted Tom in collections and he still hasn’t returned my call but my good credit was dinged 54 points because they were no help!! Go else where. Also, because my log in was fixed, I paid my account full balance and I’m going elsewhere! What a joke.

  My mom opened an account with this bank 13 yrs ago when she moved to AZ and never had to do anything exciting with her account other than receiving her SS check. NOW that she needs her bank to do a simple monthly ACH transfer to pay her rent, Academy fines a way for it to be done days later than what was agreed upon. So for the 2nd month in a row her rent is late due to no fault of her own. I'm almost 100% sure if she owed Academy money they'd make sure that ACH payment was on time!!! Not to mention there's only 1 location left here in Tucson. I'll be switching her bank ASAP. I wouldn't waste my time with this bank. Find some where else to put your money.

  I have been with this bank for 10 years now and I have never had a problem. The branch location is absolutely amazing. Every interaction woth every person has been nothing less than positive! Crystal was so kind to work with in helping my mom open her account! Reggie has been nothing but friendly and personable every time I see him and Karla hands down is the best Bank Manager I have ever worked with! Keep it up yall!

  So much more then a bank. Treat me with consistent professionalism, respect, dignity, and friendliness no matter how fat or thin my account is, or how good or rough of a day is being had. Been more then 13 years of feeling like family not just an account number. Thank you Carla and Reggie for all your help through my good and rough times and for treating everyone with the respect and courtesy anyone could hope for. You are the best.

  Everyone is always very helpful. They know me by name. Never have any issues. I regularly get money orders and they get me in and out quickly and efficiently. Always a great conversation and very friendly!! Karla, Dulce and Reggie great people!

  Very helpful and friendly staff. More than meets your needs. I would recommend this bank to anyone!! The teller who helped me was Crystal, and she was very helpful and friendly. Made my desicion more secure with choosing Acadamy Bank!

  I have been a customer for 10 yrs. I have taken express loans off and on, usually with no problems. Well, over last couple months, we have gotten a little behind on Bill's, so I applied for same type loan. Nothing has change financially so I figured it wouldn't be a problem. They denied it. I don't understand why. Think it's time for a new bank, one who appreciates loyalty. Try helping people when they need it most. I've never missed a payment, always paid loan off.

  There is one person at this branch that has continually gone above and beyond with her level of service, professionalism, and courtesy. Her name is Karla and she absolutely deserves a raise and should be highly considered by Academy for any potential position higher in the ranks. She is the reason I continue to use this bank despite the fact that there is only one location in all of Tucson. GREAT JOB!
