  I went in to buy my boyfriend a PS4 and TV for Christmas. The guy who assisted me was helpful and was able to get me a deal on the insurance for the console. We had a couple hiccups with non working controllers but in the end they fixed the issue without any hassle or hesitation. I’ll definitely continue coming here.

  Terrible customer service. Cody complaining about doing his job and being very rude, great impression for the new guy. Was not able to talk or give input on MY device. If you want good reviews for customer service don’t give dirty faces or look at someone and talk in secret in the back.

  Top notch pawn shop... I have sold here and also pawned here, they are always nice, helpful and all around good employees... They give me Just what i want for the items I bring in! I am happy to be a return customer any time i find something i don't need or am just short on cash.

  13 year old tried to post a flyer At this facility sales guy behind counter was really rude and turn the teen away "Saying too bad you'll never find your bike." We understand that things get stolen all the time and they never appear the thought of trying to help someone by just placing a flyer on the window or just on the counter shouldn't be asking for much.

  I bought a sub woofer here a couple of weeks ago and have never met a pawn shop staff that was so honest about their products. They let me know about something CHEAPER that sounded just as good as the one I picked out. Top notch service.

  It's never fun to have to sell or pawn something. It can even feel demeaning especially if the person helping you acts like an ass... It don't have to be that way. Everyone falls down or has unexpected expenses. Go see Mario. He is a exactly what all pawn shop employees should strive to be. He is professional, patient, and understanding. It's worth the trip. Go see him at the Golf Links location...
