  Purchased a new shotgun and had some issues with it. I called and told them what was going on and they had me bring it in so they could check it out. The owner was there and was super friendly and the staff was very helpful and friendly as well. They went above and beyond what I would have ever expected to get my issue resolved and make me happy with my purchase, and they did it gladly with no fuss at all. They definitely have my future business! Top notch customer service!

  Firearms/jewelry doesn't matter the side there always very helpful not once did they make me or my wife feel like our business was not welcome unlike other gun stores who often acted as we are invisible and to help the customer was bothersome. The jewelry side is fantastic they always have a great selection and customer service is very knowledgeable. I have become a regular at this establishment. And recommend to all location on craycroft.

  This was my 1st time at this location, I usually go to the Grant store. I found so many beautiful pieces at fabulous prices. The staff is very helpful & knowledgeable about prescious & semi-prescious gems. I walked out with a bagful of white & yellow gold rings, earrings and a gorgeous pendant necklace, all packed in nice & sturdy boxes for storing or gifting. They have a wide range of prices to accommodate any budget. They also offer layaway plans. Thanks for all your help Kathy! Hope to see y'all to help me pick something for my next special occasion.

  I like shopping at Cashbox jewelry, the employees are always friendly and helpful. They are very knowledgeable and are willing to find you the best deal possible. I’ve been shopping with them for the past 5 years & I will definitely be back twice a year to buy more jewelry!

  Stopped by today to purchase a watch and was not disappointed with the customer service and attention we received by Georgina and Paul. They took the time to show us everything we wanted to see before choosing the perfect watch for our son. Would definitely recommend and will be back for any future purchase

  I love shopping here the staff us always friendly. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to purchasing a new or used firearm. If your not quite sure what you want they will give their honest opinion of what will be better for you.

  I've only dealt with the gun counter so thats what my review will be on. Jason who works the gun counter is a super cool guy. He really helped me out when I wanted to sell a pistol and buy a hunting rifle. Gave me a fair price for the pistol I was selling. The price of the rifle was about $50 higher than what I wanted to spend but Jason made up for it. Highly recommend this place if your looking to buy, sell, or trade guns.
