  I have been coming here for 11 years and Enrique is the best employee I have ever experienced. He always helps me out when needed and gives me honest feedback on things. Great customer service. Thank you Enrique. Bernadette is always helpful too and she makes my day. Anyone who makes false reviews on this store needs help seriously they are amazing and have great customer service

  My experience has been the best here. I have purchased good quality guitars,etc. The staff is very professional and pleasing. They took great care of me! I'll always be a fan of this shop. I'm glad to share my experience here, the staff that asked me to fill out my review made it more pleasing for me to share! Stop in you won't be disappointed.

  I think I've found my new favorite USA Pawn shop. Sammy the manager gave me a screaming deal on a piece of jewelry and Bernadette and Luis are super friendly and helpful. I especially like the gemstone jewelry here. Best selection of any of the stores. I still want 3 other items and that's unusual these days to find so much you want in one place because I'm pretty picky.

  Yeah first off all the staff was welcoming and friendly..awesome customer serivce!! Also they made the whole process easy and stress free for me.. which Is nice and I will certainly make them my first choice... Highly Recommended!!!

  Hi, I'm giving them a 5 star review only because that's the highest level I can. My coworker and I bought some items from this store a few times but this last time. They really took care of us. They were super patient and helpful. We got bunch of watches and this ring. Oddly I don't have any pictures of my watches. The pricing was amazing but not as amazing as there customer service. I hope you take the time to let them earn your business because they definitely earned mines. Bling Bling

  Enrique was very unprofessional and very poor customer service from this gentleman kind of wish I got somebody else to help me out he had a very bad attitude too other than that I like the store sorry for giving usa pawn a one star .
