  USA Pawn & Jewelry is the best pawn shop we have ever dealt with. We have been going to this location for two + years now, and will continue for many more. We moved by another USA Pawn located at Valencia and MidVale, so for convenience began going to this store. I would rather take the extra drive to continue taking my business to the 6th location. There is no comparison between these two stores. The store on Valencia and MidVale does not come close to the friendliness and professionalism that the store on 6th has. The employees on 6th are very friendly, patient, and have great personalities. They also work well with the customers, and are extremely helpful with whatever the situation may be. They are fair and work hard to find ways to assist their customers to the best of their ability, whereas the other stores do not seem to do this. I believe the manager at the location on 6th is Oscar, and he is fantastic. He remembers us when we visit the store, which makes it a welcoming experience. The other employees (e.g. Paul) at this location are also very helpful and make our experience enjoyable. We will continue to take our business to USA Pawn on 6th Ave. Thank you for always being so helpful when we are financially in a bind. =)

  I love going to USA Pawn, only Pawn Shop I use would not recommend any place else staff is always helpful and knowledgeable, BEST PLACE IN TUCSON!!!!

  I would go to the location on speedway decided come to this location and there telling me I'm not in there system so if i pawn something it be lesser value? I decides to pawn in a hundred dollar watch that hasn't even been used, her so called math said twenty bucks, what a slap to my face. Also tried seeing how much is a Nintendo switch that has barely been 2 months used would go for since the price for those are about four hundred and I guess since I "never" pawn with them before the exact words were "maybe we can do a hundred". Like i get that some things gotta go less but that was straight bs. I was in there system but now not anymore? If i could i rated negative or zero stars.
