  I went to apply and waited a least 20 minutes as told to see if the accepted me .. then they said my references needed to be contacted .. no one called them .. they canceled my application so I had to call again to start it up again .. mind you they canceled it without my permission .. the phones that there customer service don’t work they cut in and out .. horrible customer service .. they don’t know what there doing

  Inexperienced customer service representative on the phone. Would not accept my job income information. Was able to great service with another company wouldn't recommend this place.

  My experience at this store was amazing! Alex was so professional and knowledgeable. I had the best customer service experience EVER! He made me feel cared for and valued! I will definitely recommend my friends and family to go to this store.

  Oportun came in handy when we needed it! It was a very easy process & not hard to get approved for (Myself & my significant other). They would have gotten 5 ⭐, however, the cash (exact change) ONLY & wait time to make pymts @ times is ANNOYING! But other then that Oportun ROCKS 🎸! :) Pretty Happy Customer

  Called to see if they take card they said yes walked in and turns out they dont i bring cash n they need exact change i bring exact change n ther systen is down terrible customer service i regret doing business whit.these people they make it hard for.you to do payments i would not trust them to take money out of your account
