  Went to this place to take a loan out on 5 video games gave me $18 i was strapped on cash so i did it ...did NOT tell me there is a $8 "setup" fee and a $2 finance fee, not only did he not tell me, he ALSO charged a "setup" fee and finance fee TWICE one time for 4 ps4 games and another for 1 microsoft so they seperated 1 loan on all 5 into two. 4 ps4 games 1 microsoft game so i got $18 dollors for them but paid nearly $38 to get them back..yea makes sense...just letting you know how its done here but then agian its a pawn shop.

  If the stars could go down to negitive. I would rate them a -10. My son put an Iphone on layaway paid the 10 dollar layaway fee, finished paying off the phone, and when he got it he couldn't even use it because it was locked to another persons Icloud. They set up the other persons Icloud and it didn't work for the other person so he brought it back. They sold a phone that they knew DIDN'T WORK to my son. When we returned it he said he couldn't give my son the layaway fee he put down on a phone that DOESN'T WORK. When I asked him, "So we payed on a layaway that doesn't work and he can't get his layaway fee back". The guy said, "basically". Don't go to them unless you want to be jipped and lose your hard earned money. They're rude and inconsiderate of peoples time and money.

  I called just to ask if they had a certain guitar for sale and they put me on hold and I had to call back and ask again she told me she was with a customer and I asked what am I Jello pudding I am a customer too I am glad I learned how bad the customer service is before I even started a business relationship.... good to know these things and I always read the reviews before I do business

  They are honest and gove top dollar and I also like how prices on items will drop after being there so long I have never been in a pawn shop that does that.
