  Thank you!!! I was treated with Dignity and respect very friendly employee's I say this because of the way I was dressed as my intention was to stay home all day but was asked for a ride, I felt very comfortable. They had patience with me as i can be a complicated customer so hard to make up my mind, was offered great discount i ended up paying for a tablet, necklace and pendant what I was ONLY going to pay for a pendant plus another thousands for a necklace (somewhere else) . When I got home the tablet was not charging had to play with the charger to get it to charge...I called explained my concern waiting to hear " everything here is final sale as it's second hand" my shock I was advice to take it back! I was going to get my money refunded but ended up purchasing another necklace, pendant for my infant and tablet for myself. All I can say I recommend going there!!!! As we say at work (even thought I'm out for a year) the way you treat people is the way you are going to be treatetd, you treat everybody with dignity and respect it doesn't matter if this client drives a Mercedes and the other a bike. You should treat them all the same they all are important to us and I honestly felt that way I can't express how satisfy I came home. My mom is now curious to go she loved the merchandise and specially the prices.... P.S. Customer's are always right but don't take advantage of the situation or argue, eventually they will try to work something out that will benefit both and I know because I pawned all my jewelry there to pay a bill, I explained my situation came to an agreement that worked for both. I'm sorry I'm a satisfy costumer!!!

  Anna has fantastic customer service! She’s always happy to help my husband and I with our jewelry!! I would recommend this pawn shop. Very clean and very friendly

  A very nice environment, very fast and very helpful. Don't come here if your looking to get the most for your bawn, but I do recommend you come here. They were super nice about me picking up my pawn 3 days late and they didn't treat me any different then they would a normal pawn

  Went there to buy a rifle. The entire staff was great. Ana was exceptional and assisted me out to me vehicle with the rifle. I will be a repeat customer.

  The staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Love my Coach purses! Computers, I-pods, and tablets are very reasonably priced. Some great old Indian Pawn too. Recommended!

  Military veteran went to purchase a firearm had all documentation and was told I couldn't purchase a because my new address wasn't 30 days old. But just used same paperwork to purchase at another location. Really feel as though it had something to do with color of my skin. But what do I know 45 min drive wasted

  Thank you for serving our country! We love our veterans. I am sorry you feel that your time was wasted but we cannot legally transfer a firearm without establishing that you are an Arizona resident. As a veteran, you can appreciate how important following gun laws are. While other places may be lax in their duties, we abide by the rules and require 90 day proof of residency in AZ and 30 days at your current resident address. This holds true whether you are a buyer of a firearm or you pawned your own firearm and wish to have your own firearm transferred back to you. We have asked the ATF if this is the correct interpretation of the gun laws and they have agreed. I am sorry you did not know our policy before driving to our store with a recently issued temporary license.   My family as been doing business with them for past couple years and have always walked away satisfied until today. This morning my husband brought in a white gold and diamond ring to take a small loan against. The ring originally retailed for $750. The young male associate shook the ring around in his hand and offered $40 or $50. Without doing any testing for minerals or viewing the diamonds, he was able to make that determination. No longer a satisfied customer, lost my business.
