James Hubrich5I had planned on flying to Phoenix over 4th of July weekend and paying cash for a vehicle and driving it 2000 miles home. I realized now it may be better to partially finance it to help my credit which was "0" because I always pay cash and have no bills. I was given Andrew's number and talked to him Thursday afternoon. I'm thinking this is a real longshot. Wow. After a few phone calls and emails we made a deal and the paperwork was waiting for me at the dealer when I arrived. He even worked late to make it happen. Now THAT'S customer service! Thanks Andrew and everyone else involved!

Bud Semon1I recently applied for a loan from this credit union through an RV dealer in Prescott. The loan was denied, which is not a problem. But the letter I received from the credit union was a total fabrication. I understand it might cost them an extra few cents to type out the truth on the letter, but lying to potential customers is no way to run a credit union. Do business with them at your risk.

Lisa Niederhauser5I had some problems with the Mesa branch staff, called here at this branch and the branch manager right away gave me all the correct information that the Mesa branch screwed up. I live in Gilbert so it was a bit of a drive, but I had to come in branch to get my issues fixed from the Mesa branch and they had excellent customer service, excellent staff, excellent professionalism and even gave me a gas card for my troubles which I wasn't expecting, very thoughtful and I felt at ease with them. I feel I can trust the staff here to meet my issues and needs and the information they gave me. I'll drive all the way back here next time over the Mesa branch, great experience!

Goan Fukyerself2GO LOCAL! Credit unions are great, but go with a local one. They are out of Utah. The stars are for the people only, tried to help with a charge from years ago that I thought was resolved over the phone. After getting the run around I wasted my life with a (witch) in collections, but eventually got to Sherri (very nice) who recommend I go into a branch. The young lady teller (nice) got the same run around I did, then got referred to Greg branch manager (nice) got the same run around i did, but hands were tied. It doesn't appear that they get much slack to keep people happy or to remain members. I paid the small fee and made sure they gave me a zero balance statement (not gonna be fooled again) which I couldn't get, but got a screen shot print and Greg signed it. It's never fun dealing with good people working for crappy companies, but I guess the fee was worth never giving them anything again. GO LOCAL, and I bet most of these reviews are B.S., the Pope doesn't have that many stars.

Lillian Massey1Please do not bank here. I’m in the process of cancelling my account because I’m so sick of the way they handle issues. They offer a service “Zelle” through their mobile app, And even if you cancel the money you sent to someone they will still take it from your account. They claim they cannot do anything about it because it is a 3rd party bank app. I’ve had an issue with Wells Fargo before with zelle and they refunded me the money. I contacted zelle like i was told and zelle told me it was up to my bank to decide if they can help me and refund my money since I used it through their app. I have lost 250 dollars and no one can help me. Customer service basically told me “good luck”. I would not recommend this bank to anyone.

Everything that I was told from day one has happened: plus the employees at my branch from the manager to the cashiers are very helpful. When I say this part it is because they help me the most. Darin Reber5I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Andrew Frazee at the Phoenix MACU branch. It is not often that I am impressed by service provided, but Andrew was fantastic in helping me with an auto loan. Andrew provided exceptional customer service and was fantastic to work with making the loan process a positive experience. Andrew was very knowledgeable about other banking services available at the credit union that were very beneficial. Hats off to MACU for a super experience.

Dina Arguillo5It was a great experience with Jason who was the officer we encountered in the Thurderbird/7th office when we opened an account. He was very helpful, shared his tech knowledge in installing app in the iphone, went through us regarding online banking, very thorough in his notarial job, and provided extended service when we needed extra request. Excellent! He is definitely an asset to the company!

Robert Sonne5Received 4- "no's" and 2- "hell no's" on a work van I was purchasing before finding Andrew at Mountain America. Seem like lenders want you to have a job but don't want to finance a truck for you to do your job. Andrew asked me a few questions and approved the loan while I was on the phone with him. Immediately, he had all the paperwork to me and 24 hours later, I took delivery. Thank you, Andrew and Mountain America Credit Union.
