  Absolutely dreadful people! The store is set up in a way that makes it inevitable to bump into something and break it, therefore possibly being forced to buy it. I witnessed an elderly gentleman in the store and he accidentally bumped into something glass and broke, nearly giving the poor man a heart attack! Only ONE employee went to go help this man after it happened, and make sure he was alright, while the others just laughed and said the employee who was helping was over reacting when he told them to stop. The manager, Ed, is a rude and robotic person and rolls his eyes while on the phone with customers. His employees, save for a couple of them, are rude and robotic as well. All staying exactly to a corporate script in order to mess people up. It makes a person feel unwelcomed and feel more like the next bonus check rather than a valued customer and person. I suggest they fond a better manager for this place, that doesn't treat his employees like worthless dogs and one who isn't so far up his own ass to see the sun, more respectful employees, arrange that filthy store better, and drop the obvious corporate script if they want to continue getting faithful customers. This place is just absolutely awful and I cannot see how they are still in business with this bad manager with poor managment skill at best.

  Bought a 700$ gaming laptop with warranty. The warranty only let's you trade for something of equal value or same like item otherwise credit for in store. The laptop had a faulty DC board and a bad dead laptop battery. DC board repair cost 70$ at lowest cost pc repair spot in town and new battery was 80$ lowest price for an OEM battery. The item would have been worth it if I didn't have to hassle with paying for battery and repairs. Warranty would have just left me with credit for another junk electronic. Items are not fully tested and if they are and there is a faulty item they won't tell you and it may also be sold with an As-is price. This was advertised as a working until and sold only 150$ less than a brand new one. Altogether with repairs it cost me the same as a new one. Which would have came with Windows disc , manufacturer warranty and manufacturer driver and utilities disc. SECOND item bought was PS4 that ended up having a bad Blu Ray drive that would not eject discs on occasion. Warranty left to exchange for another one that had a faulty HDMI connector. Decided to just fix the connector myself. THIRD item was a digital camera that was listed at a low price but for fault of my own I did not properly examine the internal lense and found it to be smudged with fingerprints and a scratch therefore leaving the camera useless. Bought lense component on eBay for $50 and repaired myself. Total cost of item and part equalled price of the same new camera. Starting to feel like it's best to buy new than from this place. Or perhaps trying a different pawn shop. Their appraiser for electronics does a terrible job at checking value and quality of electronics or they are not trying hard enough to handle their merchandise safely to maintain value and standard if any.

  Terrible. I brought in a brand new camera and tool set, and they just looked at them and gave a estimate. A very very low estimate because they don't "need" tools, and "nobody buys cameras." At least at Super Pawn they researched my items online and gave me a way better amount than offered here. Don't bring your stuff here.

  One of the worst pawns did a test to see if thay would give me a fire price on some jewelry thay told me thay dont pay per gram yet they weigh the item and test purity ... then they offer me less then melt value and contine you to say that nothing is worng with it so they wont melt it so i ask them how much its worth thay tell me that they would give me 120 dollars melt value for the pice was about 200 dollars.... she tells me that that she would mark it in the store for 299.99 thats more than melt value and 180%more than what she would give me

  I love USA PAWN. it's the only pawn shop that I go to and they really try to get you the most money for what you go to pawn and the employees are very helpful and you get taken care of right away so I most definitely recommend going there. Go to the location on 1st Avenue between fort lowell and glenn.

  I have done business with this place for years, but after today I will never do business with them again. I had pawned a T.V. and playstation 3. I had renewed both contracts but since I dont see well I let the lady behind the counter handle the transaction for me. Well today I went to pick up both my items and was told no I had only paid on T.V. and not the playstation and they wont make good on it. Therefore they got my money, my playstation, and lost my business.
