  Never go in this pawn shop. Horrible customer sercice. We walked i intending to spend about$500 on a Xbox and gold earrings for my daughter. The jewelry cases at 10:30 am were completely empty. When i asked customer service representative if there was any jewelry for sale she said and i quote "not today". Wow! Also asked about any Xbox consoles her next answer was "we have one xbox 360". With the most unfriendly gesture3 and attitude. Well they lost all our business today. She should not be working with the public because you actually have like people to work customer service.

  Whenever i need a pawn or to sell something i always go to usa pawn & jewelry.Ive found it to be the best customer service and the employees know what they are doing.I came to the shop the other day and kendra waited on me.She was as sweet as can be and she knew what she was doing.I thought she acted in a professional manner and gave me good deals on the things i was selling.
