  Anyone who is even considering buying a new home or refinancing has more than likely come to that decision with much thought and realization, that a new chapter in life is on the horizon. When I say I am so grateful that we chose Mike Rubin and his team to guide us along the journey to find our new home, I truly mean it. Lets face it most of us buy new homes only a handful of times and for my family once before @ 18 years ago and it was pretty much like starting fresh we needed a complete refresher course. We had so many questions we absolutely needed our hand held the entire way and Mike never made us feel bad about needing extra attention. He was always willing to help. It's not often you come across folks with not only integrity but empathy in the finance world but Mike and his team down to Wendy and Alison and everyone who was apart of our journey was professional and most importantly kind. Sometimes we all get caught up in a fast paced cut throat world and this team is anything but! You have made life long customers I anticipate even my children will be working with Mike Rubins team one day when they are ready for their 1st home. We can not be more grateful for your patience and kindness through out this very stressful sometimes it felt impossible process. He was always available and I even joke that he will miss my daily text now that we have closed. Thank you Mike and team for being one of the few things we could count on during our journey for our new home! Blessings on blessings!

  It has been an absolute pleasure for us to work with Michael and his team. In fact, we loved working with him so much that we not only got one mortgage with him but two—all during a pandemic—and were able to close all in the same week! Michael was patient, helpful, kind, communicative, and most importantly always accessible to us when we had questions.   The Rubin team was super helpful through the whole process and made everything really easy to get done. Going into this process I thought it was going to be a mountain of paperwork for me to sift through, and a difficult task. The Rubin Team couldn’t have made the process smoother or easier. If something was needed they got a hold of me quickly to let me know what was needed. They were kind, professional and moved everything along quickly. The Fairway app was easy to navigate and upload the documents that were needed. I couldn’t be more pleased with my painless refi with The Rubin Team!

  Mike Rubin is a fantastic lender. He has great rates, he is knowledgeable and takes the time to answer any questions I had about my loan to make sure I understood all my options.   We used Michael Rubin and his team for a refinance. The response time and help through the process was above our expectations. Not only were all questions answered in a very speedy manner, but they took the time to explain any part of the process we needed clarification on.
