  I recently worked with John Padilla on a home loan and he has been tremendous through the process. He was always willing to answer all my questions no matter what time of day or despite how many time in one day. I think I was most impressed with his honesty in the beginning phases of the process. It started with taking the right steps with getting my credit in the right place. His advice has always been on point and always kept us on the right path to home ownership.   John has been fabulous throughout the entire loan process. He is always willing to answer all my questions and frequently checks in just to see how things are going.   We recently just purchased a property through John Paul Padilla with Fairway and his team! After stressing and ready to give up purchasing a house with a different company we were referred to J.P I’m so glad we didn’t give up and gave them a call I highly recommend anyone who is in need of purchasing or refinancing to call them! John Paul and his team were so friendly,professional, on top of their game making sure everything went smoothly and made our sale was overall a great experience and even got a quick close done they were were knowledgeable and kept us updated the whole way through .
