  Michael Vanella with USA Mortgage was excellent to work with! Him and his team were very professional and easygoing. As a first time home buyer, I had a lot of questions. They never made me feel like my questions were silly and their responses were quick and easy to understand. Their loan portal was easy to navigate and it made the transfer of information seamless. Mike explained each loan type to me and gave advice on what he thought would be best for me. If you’re looking for a lender to use I highly recommend Michael Vanella and his team at USA Mortgage in Columbia.

  Wow and Wow!! The USA Mortgage Team rocked my face off!!! As a busy professional, Michael V and his team made this home buying process easy and speedy!! This process has been nothing but fun, relaxing, and enjoyable. No stress, no worry....they just took care of me. They are all truly top-notch in customer service and professionalism.   Michael and his team are AWESOME! We worked closely with Christy. She was so knowledgeable and helpful. NO QUESTIONS WENT UNANSWERED! Communication is so important. I love their portal, we knew exactly what was needed in real time. Would recommend again and again. Keep up the great work!

  This was the first time working with USA Mortgage for us. Michael Vanella and his team (Taylor Walker) took care of the details and kept me up to date on the progress as things moved along. Buying a home from a distance proved to be much easier than I thought.
