  Gerry is a great loan officer, he was very responsive and attentive of every single detail during the purchase of our new home. Gerry was great following up on us for all needed during our mortgage process something we appreciated as we were selling and buying homes at the same time in two different state, with two different set of realtors and tittle companies. It meant a lot to us that Gerry was present during our closing time, this is our 5th home and this is the first time that our loan officer was there in the last and more rewarding time of this process.

  As a Real Estate Broker at the Lake, I have worked with Gerry on an number of transactions. I have always found him to be knowledgeable, enthusiastic and extremely detailed. He takes the time to learn the buyer's situation and makes his recommendation on what he considers the best loan for them. It often seems he works 24 hours a day. It is not uncommon for me to sit down at my desk and find an email from Gerry sent late the previous evening relating to a transaction we are working on.   If you are looking for a lender that is very committed to his job, and willing to work 24/7 Gerry Phillips is your guy! Gerry invests extra time to be extremely accessible to his clients. He is willing to work weekends, nights, or whatever best meets a clients needs. He is very knowledgeable about mortgage programs. Ask him a question and he will know the answer.   I have worked with Gerry now on three occasions and six properties. There is no question he is the most responsive and passionate mortgage lender out there, and I’ve used many. He understands the process, and is relentless in his pursuit to ensure it’s done the right way.   Gerry is one of the hardest working lenders at the lake. He is very honest and upfront with his clients. You will find him at an open house most weekends meeting potential clients and on the phone working with current clients. Gerry works from sunup to sundown and is always available for a question.   Gerry Phillips is the best we’ve ever worked with! We were out of town buyers with a quick timeline, and Gerry went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. We had one chance to go down and close, and he made sure it happened. Gerry answers every text, email, and phone call in a very timely manner. What we appreciated the most about Gerry, was that he answered our endless questions during the day, in the evenings, and on the weekends, which is extremely convenient when you’re trying to buy a condo or house in a fast paced market.
