  Amazing staff! Brandi and Kelly with Flat Branch were amazing to work with! They made my first home buying experience a breeze! I felt extremely comfortable with them! The technology this company uses is so fun and makes things very explanatory! The app for tracking the status of your loan is fun and easy to track. They are excellent at communication and go above and beyond to help you through it all! I will forever be grateful to them! I would not have thought I would be buying a home any time soon with my credit history, but they made it happen and were able to land a great interest rate and make me feel extremely comfortable through the whole process! They are personable and kind! Even in today's housing market they were able to be flexible and make things happen! They are the reason I am getting ready to move into my first and what I plan to be a long time home! This team is amazing!! And, if you are looking for a Realtor in the KC market, The Moreno Group is amazing! As well as Alliance Nationwide Title Agency, LLC- Basehor, KS!! These teams couldn't be better!!   The refinance process with Katie Karr at Flat Branch Home Loans was so easy! The FBHL website and app made the application process quick and painless, allowing us to complete everything electronically and scan required documents with my phone. We were kept informed along the way and provided informational videos about each step in the process. Our closing ended up being ready much sooner than we originally expected and the signing process was seamless. We enjoyed working with Katie and will definitely do so again in the future!

  Brandi Martin with the Lake Ozark branch was INCREDIBLE! My wife and I went into this process with the understanding that it was going to be a grind for us. Brandi made everything absolutely EASY.   Katie and Kelsi were both awesome to work with. They went out of their way to find us the correct loan format and communicated frequently to keep us on track and up to date on the process.   Just finished a refinance of a loan we took out in January. Katie Karr contacted me to let me know how low rates had gone and then worked diligently to assist us through the process and we actually closed early due to the hard work of everyone at Flat Branch Home Loans.   I was very happy with my refinance experience. Katie Karr was great to deal with and responded quickly to any questions I might have. Jim Yankee the company President also sent an email explaining delays in the process due to many people refinancing. A very professional company with great communication.

  The Flat Branch team I worked with was Katie, Kelsi and Kyle.They are extremely helpful and responsive. For example, I was leaving Kyle a voice message on a Sunday afternoon. Within minutes, he returned my call. Katie and Kelsi are very responsive as well. Everyone was very professional, pleasant to work with and knowledgeable. They made the entire loan process enjoyable and efficient. We actually were able to close early. Thank you all for your assistance. I highly recommend this company and team to everyone.

  We did not have a connection to a bank in the lake area and was given Katie Karr's name via word of mouth. We were so impressed! Katie and Kelsi were an awesome team to work with. They walked us through the entire loan process. I would frequently email questions and they got right back to me.
