  I had the good fortune of walking in to Central Bank and meeting Kendra Shields, who helped me resolve an issue with my car loan and open a new checking and savings account. She was professional, super pleasant and extremely helpful. It was obvious to me that she knew what she was doing and she does her job very well. I love meeting people who have good energy and a certain ease about them... especially people I'm entrusting with my money and doing business with. If you're looking for a bank to conduct your business with, I would recommend Central Bank. You will be greeted multiple times when you walk in and hopefully you will have the pleasure of sitting down with Kendra.

After being in customer service for 42 years now I can tell you that she exemplified excellence in my customer service experience.   Not only did they fire me a year ago they keep giving my information out. Allowing me to have credit fraud. They gave someone a debit card to my account that I never asked for. They hirer tellers give them very minimal training and if you don’t get it your out of luck. They use you to protect themselves from getting caught. It is so sketchy. 100% worst bank.

  We love Central Bank! They are always helpful and kind. Today Laney helped my 88 year old Mother with specific amounts of cash she required and did a wonderful job! THANK YOU LANEY for making us feel valued as customers/ family❤️👍‼️

  Opened my first bank account here and have gone ever since. They are all very nice and respectful. They care and will make sure you are well taken care of. Highly recommend.
