  Mr. Martin helped to guide us through our loan process patiently and professionally. We were able to close the loan through both a pandemic and a hurricane that struck only a week and a half prior. Both my wife and I appreciated his constant contact and his ability to keep the process moving forward.

  I was denied by the first lender that I approached. It was at that time I knew that I needed someone that could think outside the box and understand my situation. I did extensive research and came across Thomas Martin of US Mortgage Lenders. Thomas took the time to understand my situation, then took control and assured me that my loan would get approved. I told Thomas what I could afford and how much money I would be able to contribute upon closing, and he came back to that exact number. We closed in what must have been record time because my realtor was shocked at how quickly we were able to close. I cannot thank Thomas, Eve and his team at US Mortgage Lenders enough, I couldn't be happier right now.

  I had the opportunity to work with US Mortgage Lenders when I began the search for a new home. I was first in contact with Thomas Martin who answered my questions and provided solid guidance on the next steps. As a first time home buyer, there were some unknowns but speaking with Thomas my worries were put to rest. Throughout the process, I felt like I could contact Thomas with questions and concerns as they arose. Once we made it through the approval stage, I began working with Eve. She also made herself available for questions and guidance. I never felt pressured or unsure of the expectation while working with them. The home buying process has a potential to be a nightmare but, both Thomas and Eve made it their mission to make it as smooth as possible for me.   My husband and I had a financial struggle 3 years ago when he lost his job, so we were concerned that we would have difficulty getting financing for our home. Thomas and Eve made this process very streamlined and painless and were emotionally supportive when any issues came up along the way (which had nothing to do with the financing, it was some frustration with the owners slowing down the process which put our closing date painfully close to Christmas). So happy to be homeowners again and I can't say enough good things about Thomas and Eve! Don't let the fact that the process is online, as it simplified the process.

  As a business owner I found it very hard to find a loan I could actually get into without just buying outright. I found Thomas after searching for a bank statement loan, Thomas was very upfront with me and explained everything step by step. Thomas kept constant contact with me keeping me informed of all progress. All in all it was a really a non stressful home buying experience. I would recommend anyone who owns a business and needs to purchase, give them a call

  I had great experience with Thomas-And Eve, they were very professional from the start to the closing. They help me with all my questions and walk me through the whole process. I cant thank them enough i even got a better rate then i expected. Start to finish was about 45 days and could of been sooner except there were delays from the homeowner. But all in all i had a great experience getting the Loan thank you Thomas and Eve

  There are SO many things I could say about Thomas Martin. I am a Marine veteran, who at 45, finally decided to take the plunge and purchase a home. I had shaky previous credit, but Thomas looked at my situation and said, "Let get it done, sir!". On a side note...I TRIED desperately to get Thomas to quit calling me sir. At any rate, for ANY question I had, he was available. If I couldn't reach him, I left a message and he ALWAYS called right back. didn't matter...7 days a week. He guided me through exactly what I needed to take care of on my credit so that we could get the mortgage done. Yesterday, on 4/10/2017, I went to closing (still thinking that SOMETHING would come up to squash our dreams). We got the papers signed and waited awhile for the proof of funding and that was it. Now, my wife and I are owners of a home in Florida and are moving down next weekend. Thomas, thank you for EVERYTHING you've done. I TRULY feel like I have made a lifelong friend and will come back to you ANYTIME...I enthusiastically endorse this man!!! Give him a call, you won't be disappointed!

  Thomas was a consummate, dedicated professional that saved our opportunity to get our home, after our original lender dropped out at the 11th hour. Within 4 days, he was able to lock in a loan for us (in comparison, BOA took 4 weeks of saying we would get the loan, before telling us no, 48 hours after the loan was due). Highly recommend Thomas if you want someone on your side, and in your corner, pushing to make your dream house yours! Because of title issues on a foreclosure, the process took 3 months. Thomas never wavered, and was diligent and persistent in ensuring we got our home, and that the seller kept the ball moving.

  One of my biggest steps as a first time home buyer and biggest anxiety came from the thought of financing the home. I found Thomas and his team via an online search, and I must say I made a great choice in using Florida Mortgage Lenders. I called him one afternoon, gave him some background information, filled out a quick online form and within one day I had my approval letter. All the members of his team I interacted with were very admirable, knowledgeable, and professional. In the beginning process Thomas and Gia worked closely with me to get things going, once I was nearing the end things were handed off to Eve and finalized with her and Thomas. I loved Eve! She was super sweet, more than available for all questions with quick response, and very proficient in her work. Between all members of the team I was able to close smoothly, quick, and with no bumps in the road. They made my biggest fear of financing a major breeze, I honestly can't believe how easy they made the process for me. They constantly stayed on top of everything by providing me with updates and letting me know information as soon as they we aware of it.
