  I have been with Encompass Recovery for over a year. I can not say enough good things about them. They responded to all my emails and calls. If they did not have the answer, they would call me back with the info I needed. I recently have finished the program and all my debits with the exception of 2 were settled (because they would not settle). When I completed the program Ashley called me and let me know that I was owed some money, not all the funds were used. It was a savings I did not know. That was awesome. A big thank you to Nicholas, Kiara, Liz, Marciel, Chelsea, Kiki, Damaris and Ashley. I would recommend Encompass Recovery Group every time and 100 times more. Thank you so much for all the work you did to help me. Be blessed in all you do.

  I would definitely recommend this company to anyone experiencing financial hardship. You will see results and your debts will certainly be resolved. Their customer service was superb, guiding me in every step along the way to debt free.   They were amazing! I graduated from the program a few months early. They were always there every step of the way and answered any questions and concerns that I had. Overall, I give them an A+ !

  They are so helpful! They are willing to work with you and help you. I've had to move so many payments and they are always asking what date works for you, or how can we help you more. Jessica was so helpful. She was making sure I was taken care of.

  This may be a long & winded review, however it is warranted. From day one I was impressed with Encompass Recovery Group. From the first email chain I had with my enrollment counselor (Danny Rodrigues) discussing the company & what they had to offer & helping me understand the process, to enrolling in the program, to seeing results of the program, this company gets 5 stars from me. I had spoken with a couple of other companies who do the same type of work, but I never got the "warm fuzzy" from them when trying to understand how the program worked. I was rushed into giving my bank account info & signing up when I had no idea what I was signing up for & was clueless as to how the process worked. I was pushed back & forth between representatives everyday so I had to ask the same questions all over again. Needless to say, Danny made sure I understood EVERYTHING from the beginning & never pushed me to enroll. I have spoken with multiple customer service reps within the last year when I had questions or concerns & they were always so polite & clear with their answers. I was never waiting for a response to an email any longer than half a day or so (you can also call to receive immediate assistance). I have had a couple different account managers during my program & none of them have disappointed. They reached out to me when needed & the process has been flawless (at least from my view). I have seen multiple accounts come to a settlement & closed out & every time this happens another heavy brick is lifted off of my shoulders. I had about 8 accounts enrolled & am down to 2 that need to be settled. The client portal allows you to follow the progress of your program. I could go on & on, but in a nutshell, this is one trustworthy company & the promises they make, they follow through with. The process is clear, nothing hidden & where it takes time to settle, it is so worth knowing someone has your back & is working for you to help you through such a tough time. They even worked with me a couple times when I was financially strapped (Coronavirus affected the hours I am working). I just can't say enough. If you are in debt & are searching out companies such as this to help dig you out, don't look any further, I don't know that any could compare! A big thank you to every representative that has ever been a part of my program (I wish I had all of their names) because not a one of them fell short of professionalism, kindness & efficiency.

  Encompass Recompass Recovery Group is Amazing!!! I was in debt way over my head. They helped me see a light at the end of tunnel. I would still be in so much debt if it wasn't for the company.
