  DO NOT GET A CAR FROM HERE! They will give you the run around when you have problems with the car! Only had mine 7 months got thousand dollar problems!!

  Great customer service , Everyone was so nice and understanding I’m so happy with my 2015 Kia Soul plus. Jaison ,Richard and Mrs . Cheryl all was amazing and got me the car that I wanted, even drove off with a full tank of gas 🙂

  I had purchased a vehicle from here and bought a $400 flight to get the car. They had a 2 week or certain mileage return policy (whichever is first) and I used the miles just to get home. I had the car one week and it began driving like a very old car and made a noise. Family told me to call the dealership so I finally called them and I kept getting transferred. I literally was on the phone with them for an entire day trying to get someone to talk to me regarding the situation. I finally got the car in the shop to find out the tire had fix-o-flat in it and had dry rotted. With having 3 young children (2 under the age 3), I just wanted to trade the car in for a more reliable car so I didn't have any issues. I couldn't help but think, "What if I had my children in the car and the tire just blew out?" I was told I used the mileage and they couldn't disregard that even though I had to drive 7 hours to get home. I ended up giving them the car back literally the day I would've had the car 2 weeks because they wouldn't let me get a different (more liable) car. They mailed me a letter saying I'll still have to pay for the car. I had called Corporate and everyone and got nowhere. Beyond insensitive and does not care about your safety. They just care about your money. Worst experience and I am still extremely sad about it.
