  I came in for an estimate on Monday and the girls at the front desk were so sweet and helpful. One of them was new and explained they were training and they were sorry for things being so crazy. I liked that they were up front and honest with the situation. Most people nowadays just lie and I loved the honesty. My estimator was also very helpful. She was cheerful and answered all my questions I had about the process. I will be bringing my car here for repairs even though they are scheduled out a bit and will be referring them to others as well.

  Quite possibly the best customer service I have ever received from any business ever. Fast, friendly, and at no point was I ever in the dark about the status of my vehicle. They called me regularly just to keep me informed as to what stage in the repair process my vehicle was in. I was in and out in 3 days. Could not have asked for better.

  Seriously- my car looks better coming off their lot after a hit and run than it did off the lot I bought it from. It took me a minute to realize it was even my car. Everyone there is professional and makes the whole process very easy. They arranged the rental car agency to come pick me up and I was able to just leave the rental with them when I picked up my car. Small favors that made everything so much better. They also quoted me a week and they completed everything before the quoted time and communicated well with my insurance company so I didn’t have to stress over that either. Would definitely recommend them!

  I am so incredibly impressed with this shop! This is the second time I’ve had repairs done here and i was never disappointed. I dealt with a different lady than last time and they were both so professional, friendly and helpful. My car looks a million times better. I will continue to refer capital collision

  Original time estimate was 8 days, they had it finished in 6 days(thurs-wed). I had a minor front end collision, required $8k in parts/labor, and it looks better now than it did before the collision. Miles, the service writer, was great. I let him know I was planning on a road trip soon, and would love to have the car back quickly. He was very cool about this request, and obviously took it seriously. I cannot believe how fast they got the work done on my car. Thank you very much, Miles, and the techs!

  Will not accept your car if it’s undrivable. I’ve never heard of such. Say they’re that backed up and short handed. Maybe they should pay better. Ridiculous.

  They did an amazing job on my car and pushed to get it finished so I could take it on time on my vacation. They we're so kind very professional and very sweet I had a very great experience the communication was wonderful and they worked very hard for me very grateful for them. I hope I don't ever need them again just because you don't want to wreck your car but if I do I wouldn't trust anybody else in Chattanooga but then they do amazing work

  This place did an amazing job with my wife’s car and got it back in a timely fashion! Emilee was a pleasure to work with and so helpful. She kept us updated about our car every step of the way. I’m happy we chose this location for our car.
