  My husband and I worked with David R and he was phenomenal. He made the entire loan process so straight forward. He worked tirelessly on our behalf to help us get the perfect home for us even in an extremely competitive market. He was transparent with us from start to finish and seemed genuinely personally invested in our success. If I could give David and People's Home Equity more than 5 stars I would.

  Wonderful experience with Kelly. As a first time home buyer I was very nervous but every step was explained in detail and she made me feel at ease. Very professional and she didn't make me feel like just another transaction. I would highly recommend Kelly.

  All I can say is Summer went above and beyond helping us with our loan , I had a huge problem with my credit my wife's was good even when we thought it wasn't going to happen she was always touching base with us trying to give us help and giving us ideas to try well eventually everything came through we close on our house on Monday it's been a long road and she did an outstanding job helping me and my wife I can tend to be a bit overwhelming at times too but she always answered every little question I had and it never seemed to bother her we would definitely recommend people's home equity our experience has been nothing but amazing ! You can tell they really care about their customers if we could give more than 5 stars we would .

  We loved working with the Lane team (Christina, Tim, and Sarah) on securing a mortgage for our first home! Christina was always there to happily answer any questions I had (and there were a ton!) Tim was great about staying on top of making sure we had all of the proper documentation needed to get the loan approved. We will gladly recommend them to any friends and family looking to purchase a home in the future!

  JoAnna is amazing. We have used her twice and she has truly made each home purchase as smooth as anyone could ask for. She is always quick to respond, knowledgeable and takes time explaining everything to you. I would recommend her 10/10 times.

  i can not say enough good things about Bruce and his highly qualified team of professionals. this our second home purchase using Peoples and we could not be happier. The entire application process from start to finish was made simple using their software keeping the time from application to ready to close just a few weeks. Even with a bulk of the process done online the team did not loose sight of the importance of personal contact and made every attempt to folow up by phone with every change in the application status. We would highly recommend Peoples Home Equity when looking to finance a new or refinance your existing home.
