  I have been calling since last week and have sent in all my proper documents for my payment date to be changed. This is the worst place ever. Now here it is Thursday they are closed and my car is disabled. I have spoke to the same agent and apparently the supervisor never calls people bk. If I would have known I would not have gotten a car from them.

  Barron did a great job at getting me into my new car. Didn't take too much time. Everyone was friendly. Would recommend them.

  US Auto sells broken cars and expect you to get them fixed while still having to pay bills. You cannot sell a broken car with that much interest ... should be illegal

  The salesman have great customer service but the repair team is awful. I have had my car going in a year and they still can not fix my air. I took it in last week and the manager told me after they thought they finished it that it was no charge. Said it with the attitude if I'm tired if you coming here type. Here it is Sunday and my air isn't working again. I have took it up there a total of 8 times now. It's really bad business.

  Felicia has great customer service got me in and out I’m super excited about coming to the lot and getting my car with no problems wasn’t expecting a hassle but it was a plus that I didn’t have to go through one I’d recommend anyone to go here they’re great

  Barron went the extra mile and did not give up on finding the best car for me. Great customer service for sure ! I would recommend anyone regardless of the situation to visit him and start driving right away!

  Great experience at US auto sales. my salesman Barron was exceptionally awesome not only was he a tentative he also made sure that he stuck by me and found the car that fits the needs of me and my family I would definitely be referring people to him

  Mrs Felicia is awesome as well as her co-workers they guide me through everything and it's highly appreciated because nowadays it's scarce outside and the epidemic hasn't made it better... Thank You US Auto....plenty of good vehicles available for all walks of life...

  The only person that was helpful was Glenn Knox and Heath Davis. Everyone else was not helpful and constantly giving inaccurate information. The service rep. and service mgr were rude in the absence of Glenn, and my problem was not resolved until speaking directly to Heath (tech mgr). Glenn was awesome and tried his best to accommodate us. However his mgr. and coworker were unhelpful and rude.
