  I’m very pleased with this company, in special with this store in Lawrenceville Ga. They threat you well, they help you, they are very professional. You need quick money or you want to buy something to buy on a great price, this is the place.

  Purchased a Gold Chain and 8th gen IPad from here. Both items were in great condition and they even threw in a case on the iPad. 10/10 would recommend- they’ve got the Mojo Deals.

  Worse place ever especially if you're a person of color. The employees were rude and act like they didn't want to service me. The guy with glasses was the worse. I do not recommend. If I can give a 0 star I would have.

  If I could leave a less than one-star review I would. Anyone who buys silver here beware. You are getting royally ripped off. You can buy generic silver anywhere else easily for two dollars over spot price. This place is selling silver for $9.00 over spot price. I did not agree with Preston’s prices and verbally expressed so in a professional way. Told him “good luck” and as I left he called me a jackass. I am currently heading down the street a couple of miles to buy silver one dollar over spot price. Great professionalism. Not...

  not the friendliest staff, but I have to give 5 stars for customer service. The ps4 I bought from them is still working 2 years later and when I had an issue with a chainsaw (missing a nut) they gave me a full refund. Everything was priced fairly.

  I went in with a ring and a nail gun to sell. The woman was willing to give me the same price quoted earlier in the day by Guven Fine Jewelry by the Mall of Georgia. I was told by another retailer that Guven gives the best quotes and this shop did as well since I had paperwork and a receipt with for the ring. They also gave me a really great price on the nail gun since it had the battery and charger. I highly recommend this location, especially if you have paperwork with the pieces you are trying to sell.

  Seems to me those employees of the pawn shops, who are mentioned by name have rated the place they work at as awesome. if there is dishonesty in a google review imagine what its like to actually do business with them. Mention all employees by name in all posts so the public can see if they skew the ratinings dishonestly

  They try to rob customers. I brought in a Bose Wave System with custom remote and multi CD (3) changer that sells new on eBay and Amazon for over $1700 and used in good condition (this one is like new) for $600-700+. I wanted to borrow $200 which I did get for it at Pawn Mart in the recent past. Pawn Smart offered $80. That should be a crime! And it was a PAWN! I would have redeemed in a week for 25% interest. If I wanted to sell it I would sell it myself for $600+ minimum. I was trying Pawn Smart as they were much closer to me, but I wouldn't waste my.time. Drive the extra 10 minutes to Pawn Mart. Maybe these folks need to learn how to sell and get a good price on unredeemed items. I actually sold the same item on eBay for $699 a couple years back and it sold the Ist DAY of listing. By cheating like this they are losing profits and won't get quality merchandise. What's crazy is last week I pawned some power tools and borrowed a very fair amount from a different person that I think was the manager or owner. I could make a fortune in the Pawn business! A couple years back I was offered $400 for a Selmer tenor sax. Lol. I sold it myself on Amazon for $9000. Get a clue Pawn Smart!
